This exceptionally comfortable & well equipped, executive house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All furnished to a high standard and fitted with air conditioning. The living area is bright & spacious with a feature bay window overlooking your front terrace and enjoys delightful views to the sea. The kitchen / dining room is a generous space with a formal dining table and 6 chairs, there are patio doors to a rear terrace, generally in shade allowing relief from the strong sun. The kitchen is well set up with all you could need including a washing machine. There is also a useful ground floor cloakroom / WC. The 3 bedrooms are all on the first floor, where the master bedroom (double) has a private balcony and en-suite shower room. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are arranged as twins, with 2 single beds each. There is a separate main bathroom with shower fitted over the bath. The house comfortably sleeps 6 adults. Excitement starts when you continue up the stairs to the roof terrace – a private tiled area with your very own Jacuzzi, taking full advantage of the views down into Sea Caves and along the coast. ‘The’ spot to read a book, take your morning coffee, enjoy your meals, get an all over sun tan, etc. As mentioned already, the property has its own private 6 seater Jacuzzi, suitable for all year round use, enjoying similar views… the perfect start or end to any day! There is a driveway with parking for your hire car, to the front a paved area with space for the outside table & chairs and sun beds – a great area for relaxing & socializing.

The Paphos District

A stunning location - one of the most enviable & prestigious areas of Paphos, Villa Cresta is sat overlooking (literally a stones throw from) the beautiful, natural & rugged coastline of Sea Caves... a very quiet and picturesque destination, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Just 100m from the house there is a path down the low cliffs into the sea, perfect for swimming, snorkeling or simply relaxing and sunbathing on a rock. Positioned midway between the peaceful and attractive, small harbour of Agios Georgious (St. Georges) and the popular beach resort of Coral Bay, with its horse-shoe shaped sandy beach for bathing & water sports, plus a variety of shops, bars, restaurants etc. You have main facilities within easy reach, whilst not being disturbed by the noise & hassle. The slight elevation secures superb views to the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea – even better from the roof terrace! As the coastline of Cyprus is protected and there are no private beaches, you are free to walk along the coastline and enjoy the landscape and breathtaking views. You are only a short drive from the bustling village of Peyia, well stocked with taverns, supermarkets, pharmacy, banks etc. Right on your doorstep is the Akamas Peninsula, totally unspoilt, beautiful scenery, somewhere to escape to for peace & quiet… Take the bumpy road to Lara Beach famous for hatching turtles.
