About the home

Dodoni Holiday Villas is a family owned business. Themis and Charoula Mallouri, the owners offer traditional Cypriot hospitality and professional services.We have combined traditional architecture with today's technology and the outcome were Dodoni Villa I and Dodoni Villa II.

The place where past and present become one. Set in an elevated position amidst beautiful landscaped gardens and local flora one can enjoy the views of Paphos coastline and countryside. It's natural virgin environment is ideal for relaxing holidays with the Coral Bay beach resort, Kato Paphos exciting night life, Sea Caves area and Pegia Village all easily accessible by car.

Ground Floor : The entrance hall and living room provide an impressive light and large space and contains two comfortable seating areas, satellite TV, DVD, CD Player, and doors which lead out to the veranda. The dining area which seats 8 is net to another set of patio doors out to the pool gardens.

A Sofa bed is available which enables the accommodation up to 8 people.

The kitchen area is fully fitted with plenty of cupboard space. It has an integral oven / hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, clothes airier and iron with ironing board. A laundry room, Guest cloaks with shower and the Sauna room are also found on the ground floor.

FIRST FLOOR
A sweeping marble stair case leads to the upper level where you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and en suite shower and a further 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in, The main bathroom is extremely large with twin hand basins with fitted cupboards and all other essentials. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space and are fully air conditioned and have there own verandas.

Further details outdoors:
The 10m x 5m pool is situated at the front of the property but it is totally screened with interesting large rock boundaries and wide tree and plant foliage, you can bask in the sun all day long in privacy (not overlooked by anybody).The side gardens have a colourful range of plants and trees at the rear garden you will find the BBQ area. There is ample parking for two cars in the garage.

Villa Dodoni 1 enjoys the advantages of both a quiet rural location with glorious views and being within a few minute ride from the lively resorts of Coral Bay and Kato Paphos. A short distance to the traditional, village of Pegeia where you can find several nice taverns and restaurants there is also a variety of shops and banks. Within a short walk you can get to the fascinating Sea Caves coastline, and also to a couple of restaurants.

Air conditioning is paid locally depending on your needs. Prices are 5euros per day per unit.
A downpayment of 20% of the rental price is needed in order to secure the booking.

The Paphos region

Paphos is a delightful place to holiday, a place where you can relax and unwind. You will enjoy the easygoing pace of life and marvel at the Paphos' natural beauty. The Akamas peninsula is just a short drive to the west and abounds with wildlife and plants, some of which are endemic to the region.
