About the home

Banana Breeze is a new luxury 3 bedroom,3 bathroom single storey villa built in a peaceful setting, yet close to Coral Bay, its 2 beaches and all its amenities. The individually designed villa overlooks the sea in the exclusive area of Seacaves, 10kms North West of Paphos harbour. The interior has been finished to an extremely high standard and as soon as you enter you will notice a feeling of space and will start to relax after your journey. Have a stroll around the Mediterranean garden to help you wind down even further. Each room is fully air conditioned and has under floor heating for the winter. Outside there is a heated private 8mx4m pool, 2 covered loggias and 2 large parasols providing plenty of shade, 6 comfortable sun beds and a matching patio set creates a perfect environment for outdoor living. The roof terrace offers superb views of the Mediterranean Sea, mountains and in the distance Paphos lighthouse.

Built on a single level the villa has easy access and is ideal for children and for those who find stairs a difficulty.
There are three bedrooms all en-suite, 2 with King sized beds, the third has 2 single beds. All have large walk in wardrobes, ceiling fans and access to the garden. The lounge and dining room are open plan in a relaxed setting. The lounge has a large luxury leather 3- piece suite, a wide screen satellite TV/DVD and video. The dining room features a stylish dining table, 6 leather chairs and leads to a large patio. The superb modern fitted kitchen has all the major appliances including large fridge/freezer,oven hob and hood, microwave. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with fitted units and granite work surfaces. The large window overlooks our delightful Mediterranean garden. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in a separate utility room

Further details outdoors:
The pool is 8m x 4m with Roman steps for easy access. We have pool inflatables and there is an outside pool shower. The pool can be heated in spring and autumn months if required for an extra weekly charge, please contact the owners.There is a loggia overlooking the pool providing a large shaded area for guests comfort and a large stone built Bar-B-Que. There is a covered carport and driveway and the gardens are beautifully landscaped laid partially to grass with numerous shrubs and trees.The roof terrace is very attractive and ideal for private sunbathing or an evening cocktail.

Further details

The villa is serviced weekly when all linen is changed. Towels and bedding are all provided. Our cleaner is also available for mid week cleans as required. The garden and pool are maintained weekly.
A complimentary welcome pack is available on arrival for all guests and in the villa you will find an information pack that details all you need to know for your stay at Banana Breeze.

Conditions

A 25% deposit is required on booking and full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure. A damage deposit of £300 is also required and will be refunded upon inspection.

The Paphos region

Banana Breeze is nestled on the edge of the Akamas National Park and close to the picturesque fishing village of Agios Georgios, The Sea Caves area enjoys absolutely stunning views over the protected coastline and across the Mediterranean with breathtaking sunsets for guests to enjoy. Whilst Cyprus gets very hot in high summer, there is often a breeze at Sea Caves that gently blows through the many local banana plantations in the area, hence our name. The villa is 15 minutes from Paphos Harbour. Paphos is famous for its hugely important archaeological history with a number of places of interest designated by UNESCO as World Heritage sites including the Tombs of the Kings and the magnificent mosaics.
The Akamas National Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a protected area of near virgin habitats with its flora being rich and varied. In Spring it provides a spectacle of colours of breathtaking beauty and can be explored on foot or with a 4WD vehicle.

The Sea Caves area

Banana Breeze is near to Coral Bay, which is very lively with many bars and tavernas to enjoy. It has numerous shops and supermarkets and fully caters for guests requirements whilst on holiday. There are two excellent beaches both quite different in character. Coral Bay Beach is large, very lively and busy, whereas Corallia Bay Beach is smaller and quieter. Both offer a full range of water sports. Coral Bay can be reached by road in a couple of minutes, or 20 minutes on foot. Also close by is the village of Peyia with restaurants, bars, shops, banks etc. A little further is the village of Kathikas with 6 really good Cypriot restaurants offering family friendly surroundings and exceptional value food.
Within walking distance is the newly opened Paliomonastiro restaurant, with wifi and where the food and facilities are excellent. There is a children's play area and a winding path takes you through the Eco Park leading to a 16th century chapel.

Paphos is the nearest airport and Banana Breeze is only 30 minutes away.We would recommend hiring a car as there is so much to see in and around the area. We can assist with car hire and taxi services.
