Seaview Residence and its detached Cottage offers 5 star accommodation, the Residence is designed for families, friends, whilst couples and honeymooners benefit from our luxurious one bedroom cottage. The Residence enjoys breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and out to the French island of Martinique. The perfect spot for families, honeymooners or just couples looking for a quiet and romantic getaway.
To take advantage of this great view, The Residence was purposely designed by world-renowned Caribbean architect Lane Pettigrew Associates who was the master mind behind the creation of The Residences at Sugar Beach, Cap Maison, Le Sport, The Crane in Barbados and numerous other developments around the Caribbean and the rest of the Worldwith an open plan living space comprising dining and kitchen area, all opening out onto a patio area complete with alfresco dining. There is a lovely flat lawn area just in front, perfect for sunbathing or simply enjoying a good book. A large infinity pool overlooking the breathtaking view out to sea completes this tropical paradise.
The refreshing Atlantic breeze can be felt throughout the Residence but air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms for additional comfort. The Residence is situated in Sea Breeze Hills , a gated community on the Cap Estate , in the north of the beautiful island of St Lucia. The perfect romantic hideaway .To take advantage of its amazing view , The Residence and its detached Cottage was designed with an open plan living space comprising dining and kitchen area , all opening out onto a patio area complete with alfresco dining .

Seaview Residence Cottage is situated in Sea Breeze Hills , a gated community on the Cap Estate , in the north of the beautiful carribbean island of St Lucia . The cottage is a five minute drive from the St Lucia Golf and Country Club and a ten minute drive from several beautiful beaches . Close by is the Rodney Bay Marina which is home to several good restaurants and cafe,s . A greater choice of restaurants ,shops and a casino are available in Rodney Bay , 15 minutes drive away . A hire car is recommended .
Maid service 2 half days per week with towel and linen change , 9am - 12 noon
Private gated community 24 hour security Kitchen is equipped with fridge but additional fridge/freezer storage is available in the laundry room .

Seaview Residence is set in beautiful gardens with large beds filled with exotic shrubs and flowers . Also in the grounds is a cascading water feature containing fish , providing a relaxing sound of moving water . The garden is also planted out with banana , mango , citrus and cherry trees . There are a couple of lovely shady spots to sit and enjoy the breathtaking view .
The Cap Estate region
St Lucia is part of the Windward Island chain , a sub group of islands within the West Indies . This 238square-mile island is 21miles south of it,s nearest neighbour , the French island of Martinique , 24miles south is St Vincent and 100miles northwest of Barbados . The climate is tropical with temperatures ranging from the mid seventies to mid eighties (25 to30 Celsius ) .
St Lucia possesses some of the finest natural harbours in the Caribbean and is centrally located within easy reach of the reattach of the region and north America . As a result of this strategic location the French and british fought endlessly for possession . St Lucia changed hands 14 times between the two colonial powers and was later named Helen of the West Indies comparing the island to Helen of Troy .

The Cap Estate is situated in the north of St Lucia . Close by are the St Lucian Golf Club , the St Lucian tennis club and Rodney Bay Marina , which has several restaurants and cafe,s .

Transfer from Hewenorra airport to the property by road takes approximate one and a half hours and transfers can be arrranged .
Helicopter transfer can be arranged from Hewenorra airport to George F L Charles airport in the north of the island , this journey takes approximate 15minutes and the transfer from here to the property takes a further twenty minutes . This can be arranged with St Lucia Helicopters 453 6950 .

Lovely property in a fantasic location - we never tired of the view. Very clean throughout, everything you need for two people. Having access to the pool was a real bonus. Site manager, Andrew and his team looked after the place well. We did not go out much as just happy there in the lovely surroundings. |
