The holiday park has all facilities on site required for a wide range of holiday needs from relaxing by the lake on site pleasant strolls along the long sandy beach to the near-by town of Filey to a fun energetic family holiday including the fantastic new splash pool, all weather football and tennis courts, show ground, Laser quest, boating lake, ice rink, amusements, 2, bars/showrooms with fantastic evening entertainment, Mash and Barrel (lounge, bar, restaurant), kids clubs with characters Bradley Bear and Rory the Tiger, pool bar/restaurant. This is all within a couple of minute walking distance so no time of your exciting holiday is lost!

The Northern England / Yorkshire / Yorkshire region
The Holiday Home is located in Primrose Valley, North Yorkshire, which is well known for the Yorkshire Moors, and superb long sandy beaches. There are great restaurants on site, but nearby there is towns like Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough where you can play Golf with terrific sea views.
Families will love what is on offer with tremendous long, clean beaches and amusements and show grounds,which will have the kids thrilled. The holiday will also appeal to couples, who are looking for a relaxing or fun filled break.
Scarborough area
Towns nearby can be accessed via the on-site bus route or by car, these are
- Filey approx 2 miles away with tremendous beaches and fantastic promanade , Golf course with great sea views.( very relaxing ).
- Bridlington approx 8 miles with fantastic beach to North and South side, which is divided by the local fishing port ( great local seafood!) amusement park including the newly built 'Bridligton Eye' with superb views, this is a must when you visit the area! The recently refurbished Royal Spa Theatre is also a must, this theatre holds concerts and events. On the south side beach there is local watersport centres and golf course.
- Scarborough approx 8 miles with Castle, amusements,brilliant parks, Sealife Centre and beach. There is festivals and entertainment from March - December, there is a great variety of shops to chose from, or you can spend the day at the Market Hall and Vaults, which was built in 1852 built in a tuscany style and includes a vast array of local traders and businesses offering a wide variety of goods and services, many of them unique to the Market Hall,and aso has the benifit of being undercover and easily accessible.
- York is approx 40 miles and with is superb history, York Minister(Built in 1472 and contains England's greatest concentration of medieval stained glass) ,National Railway Museum,Jorvic Centre which provides a fascinating insight into Viking York,Yory Race Course .York providesis a great day out to relax in it's narrow cobbled streets(the same routes used 2000 years ago and include the Shambles, possibly one of the most famous shopping streets in Europe), or go exploring, with the cosmopolitan aspect,York is also host to a variety of festivals and events throughout the year.
- Beverly is approx 30 miles where there is a great Race Course
