Bougain-villa is a charming luxury detached air-conditioned villa with a swimming pool, set in a tropical garden with fruit bearing trees. The property is light and very welcoming with tall ceilings, cool floor tiles, ceiling fans, and furniture of a high quality. The villa is tastefully decorated with an ethnic twist, and it has wireless internet access.

The pool illuminates for evening swimming and from the veranda you can relax and listen to the sound of the waves lapping up the ocean, observe the birds flying overhead or watch the sun setting.

The villa has a fantastic location with the beach less than 5 minutes walk away and a 5 minutes drive away from the capital, Scarborough. The location is well placed for easy access to explore the delights and beauty of the island including the secluded Caribbean beaches and the rainforest.

It is away from the busiest tourist spots and within a short distance from beautiful beaches, the breathtaking coasts, scenic views and convenient facilities on the beautiful island of Tobago. It has been said by many that Tobago is paradise on earth.

The Tobago region

Tobago is based in the West Indies and enjoys a tropical climate with sun all year around. It has exceptional rain forest and breathtaking scenery.

There are a number of picture postcard beaches with an amazing underwater world and coral reef and fascinating wildlife including leather back turtles, iguanas, manta rays and more. There are also a number of quaint fishing villages.

Scarborough/Concordia / Bacolet Point area

Because Tobago is only 8 miles by 26 miles nothing is considered far away. There are a number of activities on the island including:

Off road safaris and a number of cultural events including the annual Tobago Jazz Festival, and the Tobago Heritage Festival.

How to get there

Flights: Virgin Atlantic, BA, Cairbbean Airlines and Monarch all operate flights from the UK direct to Crown Point Airport, Tobago. Cheap charter flights can be sourced at www.goldencaribbean.com or you can contact www.flycrc.com for flight deals.

Location: The property is located 20 minutes away from the airport and 5 minutes away from the main town of Scarborough.

Car Hire: We strongly recommend that you hire a vehicle for the duration of your holiday. You can book your car directly with our recommended dealer: Auto Mundo Car Rental and Transport, contact Anthony Severin on 639 0717 or 688 5249.

If you are hiring a vehicle, a valid international permit or a valid permit issued in UK, USA, Canada, France and Germany is required and can be used for 90 days.

The inter-island Ferry between Trinidad and Tobago takes 2 1/2 hours. Tickets and information can be obtained by the Tobago Terminal Office, The Port, Scarborough, Tobago.

Spacious living room furnished with comfortable wicker furniture and is beautifully decorated. For your entertainment there is a wireless home entertainment centre with a DVD players, cable/satellite TV, a selection of DVDs, CDs, magazines and books, and wireless internet access.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of worktop space.

We will supply a complimentary welcome pack with breakfast items and water at the villa for your arrival. However if you wish to have the villa fully stocked or you require specific items including a prepared meal prior to your arrival please contact us.

We can also provide you with a local pay as you go mobile phone for the duration of your holiday.

The pool is serviced 3 times per week and the garden is maintained twice per week.

We provide complimentary airport transfers and will arrange to meet and greet you at the airport. If you prefer we can arrange for you to collect a rented vehicle from the airport.

Conditions

A deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required.

A booking form and payment details for the deposit will be sent and the booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the returned form and deposit. Payments can be made in either US$, TT$ or £ sterling via a bank either in the UK or Trinidad and Tobago.
