House | 5 bedrooms | sleeps 10
Once used as a threshing barn, the characterful Sycamore Cottage has been sensitively converted into a stylish holiday home. A reverse level layout makes the most of the beautiful country views, which can be enjoyed from the living areas. The downstairs bedrooms are spacious and relaxing and there is underfloor heating throughout.
Enjoy the mixture of original features; beautiful beams, wooden and slate tiled floors and exposed stone walls, combined with the comfort of modern and stylish finishings at this country retreat.
You'll find a wealth of walks on your doorstop through surrounding woodland, and a shared hot tub to help you wind down after a day of exploring. An onsite games room will keep you amused during your stay.
Please note: Unfortunately, stag and hen parties are not accepted at this property.
A £100.00 refundable security deposit is required on all bookings, and is to be paid directly to the property owner.

Northern England region
Yorkshire really does have it all – its national parks cover nearly one fifth of its land area, it has more than 800 fascinating family attractions and dozens of quirky towns and villages, each with their own story to tell. Dubbed “the foodie capital of Britain” by the editor of The Good Food Guide, the county has even been blessed in the fine dining department, and our Yorkshire holiday cottages are perfect for walkers, families and those who just want to enjoy its beauty. The landscape is dotted with intriguing ruins and historic sites, and the rugged terrain means there's plenty of opportunity for adventurers to try something daring.
Yorkshire has more than 300 miles of way marked walking. Thousands of walkers take on the Three Peaks Challenge every year. The dramatic York Minster took 252 years to build
