A four bedroom farmhouse which can comfortably accommodate up to seven adults plus a child's fold out bed and a cot. It is situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Wold Newton, within a designated conservation area in the Yorkshire Wolds.

There are two double bedrooms, one twin and a single bedroom. With two large reception rooms, dining kitchen and separate dining room Pasture House is spacious and perfect for family holidays and reunions.

The house has a large garden with a lawn and patio with garden furniture and barbecue. There is plenty of off road parking for several cars.

The Yorkshire region

Wold Newton is a small, picturesque village lying in a designated conservation area in the Yorkshire Wolds, with a village green, duck pond and a pub which is just 100 yards from Pasture House. The area is ideal for anyone who is looking for a peaceful retreat where you can relax and recharge your batteries.

Staying in Wold Newton offers the possibility of enjoying both the attractions of the Yorkshire coastline with its beaches, and the countryside. The resort of Filey is six miles away, the popular resort of Scarborough is twelve miles and Bridlington is also within easy reach.

Scarborough

Popular seaside destinations are Robin hood's Bay, Hornsea, Staithes and Whitby all within easy driving distance. For wildlife enthusiasts, there is the RSPB bird sanctuary at Bempton Cliffs which is ten miles away.

The historic City of York is just forty five minutes away as is The North Yorkshire National Park including Dalby Forest which is ideal for a day out cycling or walking. Also within forty five minutes is Goathland, a station on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, also known as Aidensfield in ITV's Heartbeat and as Hogsmeade in the first Harry Potter film.

"Would recomend this property to any one it is top rate"

This property is so well equited, with books, games ect. that even if the weather was bad you would have no problem in amusing the children or adults alike.
There is also a pub only 100 yards away that does lovely Sunday lunch also afternoon teas,
and a short car drive will take you many attractions.
