This apartment has been recently redevloped and renovated approx 1 year ago and has been completed to a very high standard.
Consisting of 1 twin bedroom, Modern Bathroom including over bath shower,
Lounge/Dining area (seating 4) with sea views from large lounge window, Double Sofa Bed
(bedding included) TV with free view channels,DVD and radio.
Kitchenette (off lounge area) with oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine is very well equipped with all crockery, pots, pans, etc..
Also available travel cot and high chair.

This property is tastefully decorated throughout and is conveniently located within walking distance to Peasholm park, North and South beaches and town centre plus off street parking is provided on secure car park area to the front of the block.

All towels and linens are provided.

In our opinion a very well presented self catering holiday accommodation in a superb location.

“cosy” everything was ok it was clean and the veiw was great,,,only fly in the ointment was a lack of a sofa rather than two chairs
