MINIMUM 3 NIGHT SHORT BREAKS FROM £244. This delightful cottage, situated at the prestigious and desirable The Bay, two miles from the seaside town of Filey, is well-equipped and very comfortably, newly furnished.

An ideal base for families, the bright and spacious interior offers excellent accommodation consisting of an open plan sitting room and dining area with flat screen TV, DVD player and patio doors that open on to a small paved patio, ideal for al fresco drinks/dining.

The separate kitchen is very stylish and incorporates an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is an entrance hall with cloaks/wc.

Upstairs there is a lovely double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and TV; there is a charming seaside-themed twin bedroom plus a smart house bathroom with bath, shower over, wash hand basin and WC.

West Cottage is surrounded by well-kept lawned grounds, ornamental lakes and picnic areas. Guests have free access to the excellent leisure facilities on-site including a 20m swimming pool, steam room, sauna, fully equipped gym and separate exercise studio, children's playground, three lakes - one of which is available for fishing - and an excellent inn, serving very good food. There is also a wide variety of activities to suit all age groups including bike hire, tennis, archery, fencing and a spa offering beauty treatments.

Parking is available outside the property; all utilities bedding and towels are included in the rental cost. Travel cot and high chair available at no extra cost. Wi-Fi coming soon!

One well-behaved dog welcome at a cost of £30.00 per stay.

"You must stay at this gem of a place!"

I can't stress too highly how fabulous it was to stay here. The cottage is fantastic, so well equipped we even invited friends to come over & stay with us for a night. Cooked a roast dinner which… More
