The Vanua Levu region

Our Location is Magic.

A true Hidden Paradise just 30 minutes North East of Savusavu.

A destination with the wow factor.

Experience waterfront tropical living in laid back Fiji Island eco accommodation with the reef, river, rainforest, lake, lagoon and Koro Sea on your doorstep.

The Kingfisher perches on the edge of the waterway which feeds Fiji's Salt Lake from the Koro Sea.

A Fiji beach house surrounded by pristine rain forest, mangrove forest and coconut plantation.

Guests enjoy all tide swimming and boat access to the lake and sea.

The Lake is undeveloped and covers 100 acres.

Surrounded by Mangrove forest and Coconut plantation it is a natural wonder.

You could well be the only person there. It is a fantastic fishing and kayaking area.

Free single kayaks are provided for our guests.

We also have boat hire with a guide, and life-jackets.

At the end of Salt Lake Road is the great Natewa Bay, the largest in the South Pacific.

Here you can visit the spinner dolphins, do some remote snorkeling and picnic on a deserted beach.

Savusavu is a quaint seasideTown with a colonial

history situated on the island of Vanua Levu

which is less populated and less developed

than Viti Levu.

The town has thermal springs and the locals

still cook in the bubbling pools near the

primary school behind the

Morris Hedstrum Supermarket.

There are a variety of shops, several food

markets, a large vegetable and fish market,

crafts,textiles and souvenirs.

There are banks, a post office, cafes and

restaurants, broad band Internet and

travel agents.

The Yacht club and the old Planters club are great places for a cool drink.

There is a very good liquor shop next to the Morris Hedstrum supermarket in the Webster Building overlooking the sea. They sell some delicatessen items and have a good wine selection.

There is also a Medical Centre with a private doctor and a chemist/dispensary

on the small road which leads to the Hot Springs Hotel...just before the driveway to the Hotel on the left

You will find most things you need for your holiday and very friendly people in Savusavu Town.
