The Bed & Breakfast is located in a nice little villa in typical alpine style, built in the ’30 and recently totally renewed. It’s a family run structure, classified 3 stars (first category) according to local standards of quality. The guests structure (4 beds) is composed of a little independent unit located at the ground floor of about 34 sqm, with a double bedroom, a kitchen- living with two more beds, and bathroom. The nice big garden can be used by the guests. The B&B is located in the central zone but in quite area, about 100 m far from the typical old village, within the no drive zone (guests have their own magnetic card for no limits entrance by car into the area). Chairlifts for the ski area are about 250 m from the B&B, and could then be reached by walking. The B&B has all the comforts both for a summer or winter holiday: fridge, cooking facilities, satellite TV with international channels, computer with internet connection. Credit cards accepted. Sauze d'Oulx area
Sauze d'Oulx is very popular for winter sports, ski and snowboard particularly. Sauze is in the middle of the "Via Lattea" (Milky way) ski domain, including Sestriere, with 400 kms of slopes. In summertime the slopes turn into MTB downhill tracks, if you like the thrill. Golfer will find very close the famous green of Sestriere and Claviere-Montgenevre. Sauze is also a fantastic place for quite walks, horse riding, mountain bike and allows you to choose between extreme sports on one side or rest, good food and wines on the other.

Fly to Torino international Airport (Ryan Air low cost flights), then take a train from Torino to Oulx, or taxi/car rent.
