The apartment is located in a three storey house on a small hill very near the old town centre of Sauze and the ski lifts. There are three bedrooms, of which one is a large double bedroom, the other two are fitted with one bunk bed each. There is a sofa bed for two in the spacious living room. Two bathrooms, both with bathtub. All rooms have wide windows with views over the mountains and the valley. There is also a terracce and a garden again with fantastic views.

The lift pass is valid for some 400kms of piste in Sauze, Sportinia, Claviere, Sestiere, Borgata and Sansicaro. Sauze d'Oulx is about 85 km from Turin airport. Sauze d'Oulx hosted the 2006 Torino / XX Olympic Winter Games in 2006.
