The stylish open plan living, kitchen and dining space makes it easy to spend time together, and as the living area includes access to the furnished balcony you'll be able to dine al fresco and enjoy the views out to sea. The apartment also offers underfloor heating, so it's easy to wind down and warm up after a walk along the nearby South West Coast Path.

Now for the bedrooms, when was the last time you stepped out of bed and straight outside to be greeted with a sea view? There's balcony access from the master bedroom too, so you'll be able take time out watching the waves first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Both bedrooms have been thoughtfully furnished with plush carpets for a little added indulgence.

The charming winding streets of England’s largest village, Braunton, are within a short drive. For those who prefer to travel by foot, the coastal path is within easy reach and the scenic Tarka Trail is closeby offering a fantastic selection of cycle paths and footpaths from which the beauty of the area can be appreciated. For a day of peace and serenity, catch the ferry from neighbouring Illfracombe to Lundy Island, a peaceful retreat home to some of the areas rarest flora and fauna.
