Pinewood Caravan Park is a Visit Wales 5 star site with just eight luxury static caravans, a mixture of 4 and 6 berth, in a largely lawned setting in the stunningly beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast National Park with its magnificent beaches and rugged cliff scenery. It is an extremely sunny, quiet and relaxing site with very high quality accommodation that is maintained by the residential owners whose aim is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

We are located just 350 yards from the beach, pub and shop at Wiseman's Bridge, midway between Amroth and Saundersfoot, both of which can be reached by a pleasant 20 minute walk, or short cycle ride, along the internationally famous Pembrokeshire Coastal Footpath which runs straight past our drive. Unpack your belongings, park your car and relax for the duration of your stay! For those who wish to explore further afield, the popular seaside town of Tenby is just 5 miles away and Narberth, with its individual retail outlets, is 6 miles away. The tourist attractions of Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park and Bluelagoon Water Park are all within an easy 15 minute drive away.

Our 8 static caravans are made up of six 4 berth units, three being Rio Golds and 3 silver Westmorlands and two 6 berth units, again one Rio Gold and a silver Wesdtmorland. All are equiped to the highest standards in order to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible.

The West Wales/Pembrokeshire region

Pembrokeshire is one of the most beautiful coastal destinations on earth and voted by National Geographic magazine as being in the top 10 places to visit in the world! It's home to some of the finest beaches one could ever wish for, it has Britain's smallest city and several of Wales' top tourist attractions. People return here time and time again to enjoy the splendours of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, to walk the challenging Coastal Footpath, to enjoy the peace and beauty of this remarkable county. Besides the attraction of the many glorious beaches and the thousands of miles of footpaths, there is something here for everyone, including castles, ancient monuments, craft galleries, picturesque gardens, museums, boat trips, fishing, coasteering, climbing, horse riding and numerous other action sports for adrenaline junkies.

Pembrokeshire is also famous for its range of food outlets and restaurants, many serving local produce and fish that has been caught just off the coast. Fish Week Festival, which this year runs from 28th June to 6th July, is very popular, with events happening right across the county.

Saundersfoot

Saundersfoot Bay is a stunningly beautiful area with magnificent sandy beaches, lovely woodlands and a plethora of walks right from our door. The local beach at Wiseman's Bridge has both sandy and rocky sections, ideal for sunbathing or rock pooling and a very popular pub set right on the beach and just 300 yards from Pinewood. There is also a small shop selling basic items, beach goods and newspapers. The pretty seaside resort of Saundersfoot, with its restaurants, shops, pubs cafes and attractive harbour, is just under 2 miles away by road or a very pleasant 30 minute walk along a surfaced section of coastal footpath. In the other direction is Amroth, just a mile away by road or again, a short 20 minute walk along the coastal footpath from where a very enjoyable stroll to the National Trusts Colby Woodland Gardens can be taken. Tenby is 6 miles away, a very popular seaside town and the largest in this part of Pembrokeshire. This too can be reached on foot along the Coastal Footpath for keen walkers with a return on the local bus.

Folly Farm in Begelly is a must with younger children while Oakwood Theme Park will attract the slightly older generation. For more thrills and spills, Carew Airfield has a 500m long surfaced Go-Kart track and Heatherton World of Adventure has a whole host of activities for young and old alike. For animal lovers, you can walk through the Lemur pens, wander with and hand feed the Wallabies or hire a keeper for a great insight to the animals at Manor House Wildlife Park.

For historical lovers, Pembrokeshire is awash with castles and ancient remains, from the delightful Carew Castle to the remote Castell Henllys Iron Age Fort.
