The West Wales/Pembrokeshire region

This is an area of mountains, sea and national park and somewhere that has been attracting holidaymakers for many years. Pembrokeshire Coast national Park in the south west is a favourite holiday destination, with miles of coastal footpaths and wonderful seascapes; lots of Blue Flag beaches and seas rich in marine life. Further east Carmarthenshire also has lots to attract holidaymakers, with historic castles, mountains, rivers and of course coastline. No matter where you choose your never too far away from mountains and the sea and of course there is the thriving cities of Cardiff and Swansea to visit, where you'll find lots of first class shops, cafes and restaurants.

Saundersfoot

Pembrokeshire was recently described by the much respected National Geographic Magazine as the ‘second best coastal destination in the entire world'. Such accolades are not given lightly but in the case of Pembrokeshire it is richly deserved. For example, Saundersfoot is located at the eastern end of the stunningly, beautiful Pembrokeshire National Coastal Park and is a superb holiday destination in its own right. In addition to gorgeous, blue flag rated beaches, quiet coves and rocky inlets, it offers an excellent range of specialist shops and food & drink outlets, several galleries and a vibrant events programme running throughout the holiday season as well as a New Year's Day Swim! The sublime, medieval town of Tenby is only a few miles away to the south and it also offers truly stunning beaches. History lovers should take the time to swing westwards and visit the majestic and awe-inspiring Pembroke Castle, birthplace of King Henry VII. This is a fantastic visitor attraction. In addition to its full and varied programme of events, children will love exploring its warren of tunnels and passages. The popular holiday town of Pembroke is also a must for visitors new to the area. It has a daunting range of amenities for tourists and is a real holiday hotspot. Pembrokeshire is of course sublime country for walkers with the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path for example, providing seascape and cliff-top views that are arguably the best in Britain. The region has holiday attractions and activities in abundance including nature reserves, theme parks, zoos and there's even a vineyard! Visitors to Pembrokeshire are seldom satisfied with one trip and usually return time after time.

"Pembokeshire"

Superb well presented comfortable accommodation located on a gentle hillside with plenty of surrounding space. An ideal location for visiting the south Pembrokeshire coast. Although Moreton Farm includes a large camping/caravan site the owners value everyone's privacy and ensure that there is plenty of space around each site and residential unit. Lovely views and well signposted. The site is only 20 mins walk from Saundersfoot and a 10 min drive to Tenby. Would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.
