"Excellent stay in every way"
Booked a holiday for the wife, the dog and me.
On arrival you notice the great sea views straight away.
After a long beach dog walk I could have.
A warm down in the indoor heated swimming pool.
I used the free wifi to upload photos to my blog.
The kitchen has all mod cons to cook and clear
up after a hearty breakfast.
Plenty of places to visit.
Fish and chips always tastes nicer by the sea.
Another evening we enjoyed the new Coast restaurant at Coppet beach.
Had a good nights kip in a comfy bed with en-suite.
Trying hard to find fault, but cannot.
Simply had a great time!

"A great holiday in a great house"
Unusually, the pictures didn't lie! We were hoping for a great holiday home and Oceana delivered! Fantastic views, great pool - decent size.
The walk back from Saundersfoot is a bit of a challenge - but is made much easier by going via the St Brides Hotel bar (More great views!)

"Can't wait to stay again..."
We fell in love with the area last summer so we booked a break in March in the spectacular Oceana. I thought I'd seen it all in Rumours (another property owned by Rob) and even though Rumours is magnificent, Oceana is in a class of its own. The online photos just don't do it justice. There has been no expense spared in the decoration and furnishings of this property all of which is contemporary, yet the owner has once again been able to achieve a warm homely feeling.
My favourite room of the house has to be the living room, it has large floor to ceiling windows and in its elevated position, gives the most wonderful panoramic views of the Pembrokeshire Coast.
The kids absolutely loved the pool, which is indoor so they were able to use it as often as they liked and as it was warm and secluded I even made the most of it... and became a bit of a kid myself.
The property has a large fully equipped kitchen/diner (not that I used it much...my holiday as well haha!) The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated and each has its own en-suite.
The property has everything I could have hoped for and more, however to try and keep this review fair, we tried to think of a negative and the only thing we could think of was the amount of stairs. The property is over 3 floors, so going up and down will keep you fit, however we feel that this has given us a kick start in trying to get in shape for the summer...
Oceana is ideally located for exploring the local area and beyond and once again we had a wonderful time here. We have definitely fallen head over heels in love with Saundersfoot and we would love to live here one day but until then, we'll just have to make do with holidays in a luxury property...so it's not all bad :)

"Breath taking !"
Well ........what can I say apart from “ Breath Taking !”
Oceana has the most stunning double aspect full size windows to enjoy the stunning scenery whist relaxing over a bottle of something fizzy.
The kitchen is huge and and a pleasure to spend time in ( this comes from someone that hates cooking) and every appliance in existence is provided.
We were very impressed at the cleanliness of this beautiful property – we felt like the first people to have ever stayed here !!
My whole family enjoyed the indoor heated indoor swimming pool whatever the weather, we struggled to get our children to do anything else but swim.
Saundersfoot provides everything that a family requires for fun filled break. There are quaint little gift shops, beautiful beaches and long country walks. Crabbing in the rock pools and eating fish and chips in the harbour was one of our family favourites.
Once the children where in bed and grandparents were babysitting we could explore the local area and found there are a large amount of local bars and restaurants to choose from. Our favourite was the Mermaid on the Strand fresh fish restaurant where they do the most amazing Seafood Platter for two at a very reasonable price.
Booking was easy and Rob the owner is contactable 24/7 should any issue arise; we felt Rob really cares and wants you to really enjoy this fabulous property.
Such an amazing family break at this wonderful house, one week just wasn't long enough.
This house would work for any group of people, families or friends looking to spend quality time together.
Highly reccomend this to anyone 5*

"Amazing views but not reaching its full potential"
The views from this property are amazing, the sort you'll never tire of. The swimming pool was great but did take a few days to get up to temperature. The pool area like a lot of the rest of the … More
Thank you for your review. Im glad to hear that you had a great time at Oceana and that you would be happy to recommend it to your best friend.
Regarding your feedback, thank you for bringing these points to my attention. I feel I should emphasise however, that the beds in question have a very expensive sprung mattress and were not cheap, as is all the furniture at the property (as you can see from my other reviews). This is the first time the matter has been brought to my attention; I will of course check and if necessary replace any defective items including smaller kitchen utensils to maintain the high standards that previous guests have enjoyed.

"A lovely relaxing weekend"
We've just returned from a wonderful weekend with friends at Oceana. The house is situated in a convenient location not far from St Bride's Hotel, where we went for a meal on one of the evenings, and is within easy walking distance of the centre of Saundersfoot and the beach. The views from the property are breathtaking and all bedrooms are en-suite which is very useful, avoiding any possible queues for the bathroom. The kitchen is well appointed and spacious and we even had a dip in the swimming pool although it was slightly too cold to stay in there for long. The booking process was very simple and the owner, Rob, kept in regular contact to ensure that all was well and to keep us updated. We're already considering a return visit in the near future.
