Golwg-Y-Mor, Welsh for 'The view of the sea', is a ground floor apartment which is great for families with children back and forth the beach, as well as for those with mobility issues. The apartment sleeps 4 plus a baby. The main living area has patio doors that open to the sea view. This area serves as a kitchen, dining and seating area. It is decorated in a sea mist colour. The living area has two sofas and a 50” Smart TV. The dining table seats four people comfortably. The kitchen is a cream shaker style L shaped kitchen which comes fully equipped. The main appliances comprise of an electric cooker with hob and extractor fan, washing machine, fridge, toaster and kettle. Please note there is no microwave or freezer/freezer compartment at the property.The main bedroom is decorated in a contemporary boutique hotel style. It has a double bed, bedside tables, a tallboy set of drawers and good wardrobe space for all visitors. The hallway area doubles up as a further sleeping area with full size bunk beds. All bed linen, duvets and pillows are included in the tariff. (Guests will need to bring their own towels). A travel cot is available on request.The shower room is compact, with white wall tiles and slate grey high gloss floor tiles. It contains an enclosed shower, WC and wash hand basin.The property also has the added benefit of private parking for one vehicle - something of a premium for the area. Please note the parking space is narrow and during busy summer school holidays some families have struggled to park large cars. There are 2 public pay and display car parks a few minutes walk from the property if required. There is a small private garden which leads to direct beach access. Please note the gate is locked during the winter months due to high tides. Access can still be obtained to the beach however via public entrance approx 100ms away.

Excellent beach front apartment

Ideally situated apartment with sea views and so close to all amenities. The apartment was comfortable and fully equipped, we had a lovely short break. I would definitely book this apartment again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mandy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
