Cymran is located just five minutes' walk from Saundersfoot and its fantastic beaches. Quiet and peaceful, yet only five minute drive from the larger towns such as Narberth and Tenby, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including many excellent restaurants for eating out

Cymran has superb sea views and benefits from a shared heated pool, sun terrace and large decking area. The house had been totally refurbished in a contemporary style to a very high standard

Adjacent to Rumours House on the lower ground floor, Cymyran luxury cottage with pool still offers a superb outlook over Saundersfoot – the beautiful harbour, glorious sandy beach and blue sea of Carmarthen bay.

Fully renovated and finished in a high modern styling, Cymyran is an ideal retreat for a couple or small family to get away from the pressures of modern living. Open plan living space and beautiful double bedroom are beautifully appointed and are accompanied by a paved patio, outdoor swimming pool and terraced garden

The central entrance hall leads to the kitchen/living/dining room, bathroom and the bedroom.

With floor to ceiling sliding doors the kitchen/living/dining room is filled with light and allows you to soak up the views from within this cosy cottage. The modern kitchen features a cooker, fridge, sink, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and all the accessories you’ll need for a comfortable stay. With dining area for 3 guests, the apartment has a large couch (can be converted into a sofa bed), HD TV/DVD, and coal effect fireplace. There is a self-contained utility room with large storage space and a washing machine.

The bathroom has a wash hand basin, toilet and shower.

The large bedroom has floor to ceiling full length sliding doors which capture the magnificent views. Featuring a leather double bed with side tables, double wardrobe and a chest of drawers in a contemporary walnut finished design, the room is supremely well appointed. The sliding doors open straight onto the decked pool area.

There is so mauch to do in the local area. Saundersfoot and nearby Tenby both have excellent restaurants and a good selection of pubs and wine bars.

You will be spoilt for choice with the number of beaches available in the area - there are some real gems that we have found - full details in our holiday book.

Within 20 minutes there are numerous theme parks, adventure playgrounds, museums and activity parks.

“Luxurious apartment in idyllic location with stunning views over the bay a real touch of class with self catering” Myself my partner and our dog travelled to the Cwmryan. We booked a long weekend break in a self catering apartment as we wanted a relaxed, timeless weekend and the apartment fitted the bill in every respect. We followed the directions provided in the access statement and we found the property straight away without any complications (even after dark). We entered the apartment and were amazed that the pictures we viewed prior to our stay really did do the apartment justice and our first impressions were wow!!.......... It was a lovely touch to find tea, coffee and even milk in the fridge to settle us in straight away. Once unpacked we took at stroll into saundersfoot which was really close to have a bite to eat. There were some really nice restaurants around and the food was good from all of the ones we tried most of all the Sunday lunch in the old chemist...... Lovely!! All amenities were available within a short walk including a supermarket, butchers and bakery which made buying the essentials easy. When we got back to the apartment we were pleased to relax and have an early night and the comfortable bed was a pleasure.... Upon waking we were amazed by the fantastic views that the apartment offered and yet again as the spec offered. All in all a fantastic break for all the reasons detailed above, this place is a little gem and we will be visiting again very soon.....
