The house is situated 4 km from the town of Sassari, the largest city in northern Sardinia, the richest in history. A 200 metres from home is the stop train station leading to Sassari. Recommendation arrive by car. You can reach the city or the beaches in mountain biking. Excellent for footing. On the ground floor living room with kitchenette. Television and sofa for relaxation.
