Situated in a small village in a well known holiday area in a quiet place next to all amenities and large beaches, this house is a very recent one with two terraces, a huge terrain with plants and fruit trees .Pets can be accepted.

Large living room with a modern stove in the middle two open glass windows and a bedroom downstairs opening onto the garden and a small extra room as a bureau.

The Brittany / Morbihan region

The presqu'île de Rhuys is a well known holiday resort on the atlantic cost ; the climate is rather dry and very sunny especially in June and September ; they are a lot of sunny sandy large beaches and walking places . Historical places are to be visited such as the Suscinio Castle , Dolmens and natural sites. The area is rich in harbours and bays and the golfe is one of the more pretty inside sea to sail on . Morbihan can provide any kind of tourist activities and is only one hour and a half drive from the Ment St Michel

Sarzeau / Kerhouet area

Sarzeau is a nice little town next to the sea side resorts and a with a cultural centres; concerts , theater festivals , local attractions are too many to be given details of , Vannes which is a large town with museums , sprts activities and large cultural centres is only 28 kms from the place and Nantes or Rennes only 1 hour drive or train. Local Markets are numerous , but this part of Morbihan is a dream for sailors and my english friends have a boat and willing to sail with people or rent their boat .Thre is a golf site within five minutes drive.

How to get there

Fly to Nantes then 1 hour and a half by car or by train to Vannes

Possible for children but nothing there special for them ; People coming there will be welcome to water the garden a little; people living next door are old so renters should not be noisy .A private house used by the owners in other period which need to be respected as someone's own home
