In a large closed ground (1400 m²) with 5 plane trees, safe shaded carpark, and a private swimming pool (12x6m) in the middle of a lawn, you will be able to have lunch and dinner in the terrace.
In the spacious house (200 m²), you will have 5 bedrooms (from 12 to 17 m² each) with air conditioning, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs, a large dining room (45 m²). Satellite TV (ASTRA).
