These luxury holiday cottages in North Wales are located along a beautiful coastline of sandy beaches, spectacular cliffs and glorious estuaries. From Barmouth and the Llyn Peninsula to Conwy, you will be spoilt for choice at our luxury North Wales holiday cottages by the sea.
One of the features that make these holiday cottages in North Wales so special and unique is the fact that the coastal scenery is backed by the wonderful sights and attractions of Snowdonia National Park. Always close to beautiful beaches and magnificent mountains, there are so many activities and attractions that guests just can't get enough of our North Wales holiday cottages by the sea.
Amongst the things that should not be missed whilst staying at luxury holiday cottages in North Wales are Portmeirion's Italianate village with its Welsh architectural extravagance and private beach; Bodnant Garden and Harlech, Cricieth, Conwy or Penrhyn's neo-Norman castle from the 19th century. Not to forget the charming coastal villages of the Llyn Peninsula where you might want to consider three trips to Bardesy Island - considered equal to a pilgrimage to Rome.
Situated down small country lanes between Bryncroes and Sarn Mellteyrn in a brilliantly scenic and central location on the Lleyn Peninsula, just three quarters of a mile from Sarn – a lovely walk in itself. Fantastic views, with circular walks possible along country lanes and pathways from the cottage.
The village of Sarn Mellteyrn offers pottery, tea rooms and two good pubs. There is a shop with post office, and a garage with shop that rents out DVDs in the village, as well as a small playing field which can be reached by a pleasant walk along the country lanes.
Abersoch, Aberdaron, Nefyn and all the beautiful sandy beaches of the peninsula are close at hand with the nearest beach being 3½ miles away. Walking, golf, sea fishing trips and plenty of water sport facilities are available here. The market town of Pwllheli, the resort of Criccieth and Porthmadog as well as numerous historic and scenic attractions such as the Snowdonia National Park, Ffestiniog Railway, castles and the Italian village of Portmeirion are all easily reached.Beaches
