The house is situated in the heart of the Dordogne - a perfect area for families and couples who want to take advantage of the outdoor life. You can walk, hike, cycle, canoe and swim in the nearby Dordogne river or there is horseriding, tennis, golf, fishing and even ballooning nearby.
The 1930s house on its own grounds has been completely refurbished and is just a stroll over the bridge into the village of CENAC with its bars, restaurants, boulangeries, markets etc. There are 3 bedrooms - all with polished wooden floors. There is a tiled bathroom with an extra large walk-in shower and 2 sinks There is a newly installed fully fitted kitchen along with a living room with traditional open fireplace and stone walls and a separate dining room with old floor tiles.
All the furniture and decor have been carefully chosen to reflect the period of the house.

Sarlat area
Sarlat is a beautiful town carved from golden stone and full of Gothic and Renaissance buildings. With its narrow winding streets full of restaurants, cafes and little shops, its vibrant Saturday markets and its music and theatre festivals, Sarlat is an unmissable place to visit & it is just 10kms from our house.
By night, the town is brimming with atmosphere as diners eat out on the terraces as they listen to the music of passing musicians.
