Further details indoors: The central living and kitchen has direct acces to the 4 sleeping rooms and 1 of the two bathrooms/toilets. In the living room a wood stove is situated for the spring and autumm chilly nigts. Due to high insulation values of the house in the "in-house" climate during the summer is extreemly good. Even at tempetures over 30 degrees celsius the inner tempeture is mild. The fully covered veranda ensures optimal living comfort during the day and evenings. During the whole day eating outsite is very well possible for optimal vacancy experience.
Further details outdoors: In front of the whole house there is a large veranda situated which enables a gordious view while sitting & dining under the veranda. The bungalow is south faced and due to the veranda the inhouse living quality is suburb even on hot days. The house is located on the hill of the property at the end of a 100 meter uphill gravel path. On top there is a private parking place under the trees. The solar heated large swimming pool enables also good swimming in spring and autumm. The terrace next to the pool has opportunities for game and play
