The living room has a large TV, VCR, DVD player and a couch that coverts to a queen sleeper and 2 comfortable lounge chairs. There is a dining area which seats 4 as well as 2 bar stools and a breakfast bar area for informal dining. The kitchen is equipped with wood cabinets and newer appliances including a full size refrigerator w/ ice maker, flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. Also available is a private washer and dryer.
Further details outdoors: Relax in the rejuvenating salt waters of the Gulf or in the complex’s heated swimming pool. A recreation room, with a ping-pong table, looks out to the swimming pool. Enjoy a game of tennis on the tennis courts that face the Gulf of Mexico. All are only one flight of steps away from this condo.
