The house has a private and secluded south facing garden with its own private pool which catches the sun all day long and makes it the perfect place for relaxing during the day and for sundowners and dining alfresco during the warm evening.
The garden overlooks a small lake where you can sit and relax.
The Villa is situated in a quiet residential area only minutes away from downtown Sarasota and only 15 minutes from glorious Siesta Key, which has some of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in the world and many waterfront restaurants and cafes.
The Villa provides the perfect base from which to explore the Gulf Coast or visit the many attractions of the Orlando area, which are approximately an hour and three quarters away. There are golf courses just 15 minutes away for avid golf players!

The Florida / Florida Gulf Coast region
Florida is situated on the south east coast of the United States and benefits from all day sunshine practically all year round. It is therefore called the Sunshine State! It is within easy drive to Naples and Venice which are traditional historical towns.
Florida has an abundance of lovely restaurants to eat in and is an all year round destination for holiday makers. The state was named by Juan Ponce de León in 1513, during Pascua Florida (Spanish for "Flowery Easter," referring to the Easter season).
The Sunshine State has the fabulous Disney World, Universal Studios and Kennedy Space Centre. It is a tourism magnet because of the electric city of Miami, the stylish beach communities, the Everglades and the amazing Florida Keys.
Sarasota area
The city of Sarasota and the surrounding area is known as the cultural hub of Florida. Sun, sand and water provide a stunning backdrop to museums, botanical gardens, wildlife sancturies and professional theatre, dance, art and music.

Why not play golf or hire a boat and go fishing?
It is worth remembering that Miami is a 4 hour drive away and it is a very pleasant drive accross the keys.
Orlando is only an hour and a half away !
How to get there
The main airport is Tampa International Airport . The villa is a 50 minute easy drive from the airport.

Sarasota/Bradenton Airport is only 20 minutes from the property and receives flights from the major US airports.

* Hi Jeanette & Peter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your villa. It felt more like a home than a holiday rental as everything required was there. The pool was a great place to relax in the evening and the neighbourhood quiet and peaceful, but near enough to the shops, beach and various attractions.
