Sun Rise Cove Yacht and Racquet Club is located on the south end of Siesta Key, often referred to as the "quiet" end of the Key. Two heated pools, tennis courts, boat docks, exercise room, game room, library and on site office are available to you. Boat rentals, restaurants are within easy walking distance. Turtle Beach is directly across the street. Siesta Beach is 3 miles north and Siesta Key Village is just north of the Beach.

Further details indoors: This unit was remodeled in 2007. It has skip trowel ceilings (no popcorn) and bamboo floors throughout. The Thomasville kitchen is great.. The master bedroom has a queen sized Murphy bed. This bed is the strongest one made. There is no weight limit. What's great about it is that it is very comfortable and you can lie in bed and look at the Bay. Part of the wall was removed between the beroom and living room for a brighter and more open plan. There is a privacy curtain between the rooms.
You will have a direct view of Little Sarasota Bay from all areas of the condo and a view of the Gulf of Mexico from the back window. You will be able to watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening.

There is and elevator in the building. The unit is suitable for all ages. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed in the unit.
A $200 security deposit is required which will be returned to you within two weeks after your visit if there is no damage or loss to the unit..
Payment is accepted in the form of personal checks written on a US bank paid 4 weeks in advance, Travelers' Check, cashiers' check, money order or wire transfer.
25 % of rental fee is due within one week of booking. No refund of deposit is offered but the deposit can be applied to a future visit.
