Your "home from home" is situated in River Pointe, a peaceful boating community just off I-75 (exit 220), on SR64. Easy to find, and close to major airports Sarasota (15 minutes), Tampa (40 minutes), Orlando (90 minutes).
This is the perfect location for an active or relaxing trip. Only minutes from the area's award winning beaches, 80+ golf courses, fishing, boating, shopping at the nearby designer outlet mall and sightseeing. A little further afield you will find Busch Gardens (30 minutes) and Disney/Orlando attractions (90 minutes).
The villa is fully equipped for your vacation and entertainment needs. The large pool is west facing and solar heated, and looks out onto a beautiful lake abundant with wildlife. The covered patio area provides shade, and a perfect spot for "alfresco" dining. The living room is tastefully furnished and looks out onto the pool and lake. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the villa has both informal and formal dining areas. The private, master bedroom offers a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. There is another bathroom and two other bedrooms: one double, and one with twin beds.

How to get there
You can easily get to the villa from I-75 - the main motorway that runs north south on the west side of Florida. From I-75, take exit 220 and head west for about 1.5 miles. Turn right into 39th Street NE and follow it almost to the end. The house is on the left - No. 310
If you are driving from Orlando, head west on I-4 and turn south onto I-75 where the two motorways merge, about 60 miles west of Orlando
