The Florida / Florida Gulf Coast region
All year round warm weather, with easy access to highways. The Gulf Coast has some great places to have a 'day trip out including: Naples, Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, Clearwater, St Petersburg,. The beaches are some of the best in the world and only a short drive or taxi ride away.
Sarasota / Siesta Key area
Sarasota is known as the city of culture and has many museums, theatres, and shows.Busch Gardens Theme park is a 40 min drive away, and Disney is reachable in 90 minutes and is a great day out for all the family. Closer by are all the water sports, golf, and shopping you could possibly want, there really is something for everyone!
Many guests are from the UK, so it does feel a bit like 'home from home'

Direct flights from Gatwick to Tampa - 40 minutes drive to villa Sarasota airport - 20 minutes drive to villa Orlando int and Sandford - 2 hours drive to villa Miami airport (via alligator alley - awesome drive) 3.5 hours drive to villa Car hire is about £125 per week (holiday autos for example)

Further details indoors: High ceilings and newly tiled floors to the living room make this feel very spacious and clean. All the equipment needed in the kitchen and utility area to take care of your holiday requirements. The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing room with walk in wardrobes and attached ensuite bathroom. It also has patio doors opening on to the screened lanai, so you can enjoy glorious sunrises and sunsets. The guest bedroom has twin beds. You can drive up to the villa, operate the remote garage opener, drive in, and close it behind you without leaving the air conditioning, and that is a blessing sometimes in the Florida heat.
Further details outdoors: On site there is a large heated swimming pool, family size jacuzzi, barbeque and picnic area, fantastic lake to walk around and enjoy the landscaped gardens. Tennis courts, basketball net, shuffle board.
The clubhouse has internet access, a small library, pool, ping pong, and tourist information etc.
Within a 5 minute walk you are able to reach Sarasota square shooping Mall, with dozens of shops, food court, restaurants, 12 screen cinema, supermarkets, etc, etc.

Minimum 1 week rental. Saturday to Saturday. 12noon check out, 3.00pm check in. £25 Registration fee payable upon arrival to site office. £150 damage deposit payable with booking, and refunded when villa left OK. 25% non refundable Deposit required to secure booking. Balance payable 2 months before start of booking. If reservation cancelled later than 1 month before start of booking, or no shows, full amount payable.
Conditions
Booking made more than 3 months in advance qualify for 5% discount. Booking for longer than a month may qualify for an extra discount. Villa cleaned before arrival including linen and towels, if an extra clean is require during the stay it will cost an extra £50
