Spacious villa with swimming pool, air conditioning, games room and Wi-Fi, enjoying an elevated location with beautiful views to the marina and the bay of Albufeira, in a peaceful housing estate, between the well known São Rafael beach with beach bar/restaurant and the colourful Marina of Albufeira, with shops, cafes and restaurants.

To the West, and within a very short drive (5 min.) one can find some of the Algarve's best beaches, like Galé, Salgados, Evaristo, São Lourenço, just to name a few, the Salgados Golf Course and Nature Reserve (with walkway - great for bird watching), a quality supermarket and a variety of restaurants, one with 2 Michelin Stars. All beaches have bars/restaurants, serving delicious meals during the holiday season.

The town centre, located 5 km East of the villa, with shopping centre and its picturesque old town along the sandy Fishermen's beach (also accessible through an elevator) offers an abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and live shows during the holiday season.

The charming village of Guia, with several restaurants specialising in Chicken Piri-Piri (chicken with spicy sauce), banks and cake shops is just a 5 min drive away. Just outside Guia you will find Zoomarine, an amusement park with an aquarium with dolphin shows, a zoo with other animal shows, rollercoasters, water slides (great for kids) and the second largest shopping centre in the region, with many shops, restaurants, cinema and a supermarket.

For a great family day out, there are also a choice of water parks, karting track and a zoo with mini golf.

This property is completely walled and an automatic gate leads to a driveway with parking spaces for several cars, whilst a pedestrian gate leads to the entrance area of the villa. The pool area, with marvellous views, features a large, partly covered terrace with fitted brick barbecue and a small garden with lawn, some trees and hedges.

Just back from a great holiday. Stayed at casa belavista with my family which was amazing. The villa was huge we had 7 adults and 1 baby could easily have more people as set over 3 levels never feel … More

We had a fabulous stay in this villa. the harbour is easily reached by walking thought it's uphill coming home!! Great restaurants and lovely beaches all within easy reach.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
