This cottage is located in the village of S. Pedro Nordestinho in the western part of Nordeste district, Sao Miguel island, Azores. A Casa Da Talha is an old country house that has been carefully restored, expanded and, therefore, adapted into the comforts of modern life. The stone house is located in a 650 m2 plot of land, totally fenced, which has been turned into a garden.
This accommodation has a double bedroom, with a king size bed, a living room with a wood burning stove, a completely equipped kitchen, including a traditional wood-oven, and a bathroom. Outside, there is a covered veranda with a barbecue grill. The cottage is equipped for customers with reduced mobility.
For the entertainment of its guests, the accommodation provides, at no additional cost, satellite TV, DVD, WI-FI, a small library, indoor games, two bicycles and a croquet court.
At their arrival, the guests will find bread and homemade jams, milk, coffee, tea, fruit, water, butter and cheese. In each stone house there are also some basic grocery items.

The Azores region
