Kitchen, laundry and WIFI available. THE SPACE The apartment is located in a super nice building, built in São Paulo in the 40's. The building is very beautiful and is completely conserved. Getting into it is like time travel. The apartment retains the spirit of the 1940's with its antique wooden furniture. It is a very large apartment and all the spaces in it are very large: dining room, living room, kitchen, bathroom and also the guest bedroom. The guest bedroom has two bunk beds, a table with chair, a 14-inch TV and a wardrobe that is completely available to guests. It is a private room that comfortably sleeps 1 to 4 people. Guests will have access to a bathroom with a gas-heated shower, a bathtub and an illuminated mirror that looks like a dressing room: great for doing makeup. THE SPACE The apartment is located in the cool building constructed in São Paulo in the 40s. The building is very beautiful and fully maintained. Entering it is like taking a trip back in time. The apartment retains the spirit of the 40s, with its antique wooden furniture. It is a very large apartment and all rooms are very large: living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and also the guest room. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, as well as complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer. Complimentary wired and wireless Internet access keeps you connected, and cable channels are offered for your entertainment. It is a private bedroom that comfortably accommodates from 1 up to 4 people. Guests of the hotel will have access to a private bathroom equipped with shower, toilet, washbasin, and bidet. GUEST ACCESS Guests will have a private room and a bathroom with hot water. They are welcome to share the balcony, the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and the laundry. The dining room has a large old wooden table with five chairs. The living room has a sofa, armchairs. The kitchen is very large and equipped with microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, sandwich maker, oven, stove, blender, mixer, water filter, dishes, cutlery, glasses and pots. The laundry has a washing machine, tank and clothesline. In São Paulo's climate, clothing tends to dry in just one day. The laundry room also has an iron and ironing board. WIFI is available for all guests. We will provide guests with sheets, blankets, pillows, towels. GUEST ACCESS The guests will have a private room and a bathroom with hot water. They are welcome to share the balcony, the living room, the dinning room, the kitchen and the laundry. The dinning room has a large and antique wood table with five chairs. The living room has sofa and armchairs. The kitchen is very large and equipped with microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, sandwich maker, stove, oven, blender, mixer, water filter, plates, cutlery, glasses, pans. The laundry room has a washing machine and clothesline. In Sao Paulo's weather the clothes tend to dry out in just one day. It also has an iron and an ironing board. There is WIFI internet available for all guests. We will provide, for the guests, sheets, blankets, pillows, towels. OTHER REMARKS: Because of its central location, you can hear a little traffic noise from the apartment. If you require complete silence for sleep, please bring ear plugs. I do not own pets, but every now and then I get a visit from the neighbor's lovely cat, who walks into the house through the window. I run a theater group and usually rehearse during weekday afternoons and weekends in the living / dining room. OTHER NOTES Due to the central location, you can hear a little traffic noise from the apartment. If you need complete silence to sleep, please bring ear plugs. I do not own pets, but every now and then I get to visit the neighbor's lovely cat that comes in through the window. I direct to the theater company and we usually rehearsal in the living / dinning room during the afternoons of the week days and weekends.
