Nice and cosy room ready to host one person. You will have your own bathroom (bathtub!), desk and wadrobe. Wi-fi internet (10 MB) available. White Towels, linen and pillows provided.

In the apartment we have cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, a confortable living/dining room and a nice balcony (where you can smoke). Weekly cleaning included.

The building has 24 hours reception, security, fitness center, swimming pool and parking.

Pines is a very nice district, full of life and close to everything you need. We are in the halfway between Richmond and Clinics subway stations. Walk distance to the ' chic ' Oscar Freire street and the bohemian Vila Madalena district. In only 10 minutes by bus, you reach Avenida Paulista or the Ibirapuera Park. On saturdays you can enjoy the cool Benedito Calixto's market. It's just one block from here!

Easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, hospitals, bars and banks.

I live in the apartment and have a small lovely dog named Hooch. So, if you are a pet lover, you are more than welcome:)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
