Superbly presented and equipped to an exceptionally high standard, this 1 bedroom apartment has everything you need for a relaxing break in the charming seaside town of Sao Martinho do Porto. There is a large inviting pool and tennis court for all the family to enjoy and you will feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. The town centre is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment with a wide selection of bars, cafe's and restaurants to choose from.

The apartment is built to a superb specification, with modern furnishings and is fully air-conditioned. It has a well-equipped kitchen, a large and spacious lounge/dining room with French doors which lead to balconies from both the lounge and kitchen and a stylish bathroom decorated with mosaic tiles and complete with both shower and spa bath for you to enjoy.

The lounge is also equipped with a 32" flat screen TV and DVD and a selection of DVDs and CDs are available for guests to utilise.

Foz D'Arelho with the stunning Obidos Lagoon is 10km and is perfect for all types of water sports. The historic town Alcobaca with the famous monastery is 15km.

The climate of the Leiria Region is under the influence of the Atlantic Ocean, therefore, having pleasant weather all year round.

Fly into Lisbon airport in about 2 hours 15 minutes from most UK airports. The apartment is approximately 90 kilometres north of Lisbon with an easy drive along the A8 taking between 50 mins to 1 hour depending on traffic.

If you don't want to hire a car then you can take a taxi from Lisbon airport to Lisbon bus station (15 Euros) and there is a direct regular coach service from there taking just over an hour (7 Euros each way).
