This is a beautiful one-bedroom apartment that has been presented and equipped to an exceptional standard. The apartment is located within an exclusive complex in the heart of Sao Martinho do Porto just 150 metres from the beach. The property benefits from a fantastic, large swimming pool and beautiful, green gardens that provide the perfect environment for relaxing in the Portuguese sun.

The property consists of a bright, spacious open-plan lounge that leads on to a stylish kitchen / dining area with granite work surfaces. A small balcony is located through sliding doors off the lounge area. The bedroom is of a generous size and it has been presented beautifully with luxurious bedside lamps. The bathroom has been finished to a superb specification with the basin sank into a granite surround.

Further benefits of this property include air conditioning, secure underground parking and electric shutters to keep the property cool and secure when it is not occupied. A sofa-bed allows for 2 guests to sleep in the lounge. You can get to Sao Martinho Do Porto from Lisbon by coach and rail (via central Lisbon) or by car or taxi.

Driving time from Lisbon is around 1 hour and there are plenty of hire car companies to choose from. Alternatively we can help you to arrange transfers.
