Our villa was built in 2010 and is finished to a very high standard. It has generous balconies to front and back and has a private patio area with built in bbq. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen and bright and airy lounge. It has a large basement garage with dartboard, table tennis and beach equipment and has easy parking. Satelite TV, DVD player, integrated music system for Ipod to all rooms, air conditioning and wi-fi available on request. Large shared pool. Ideal base for a family holiday with safe beaches nearby, watersports activities available, top quality golf courses within easy reach and direct access to coastal paths. Close to many excellent restaurants and bars.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, kingsize bed, built-in wardrobes and patio doors to a large balcony.

The Costa de Prata/Silver Coast/Central Portugal region

You can discover pretty villages and a real Portuguese way-of-life amongst stunning coastal scenery fringed with the best beaches in Europe. Visits to the fascinating towns and villages of this region are made on uncrowded roads and offer rich rewards. Eating out is both affordable and satisfying; there are top-class restaurants to sample as well as very reasonably priced eating-out. Tempting sea-food is a speciality and can be enjoyed with a chilled bottle of white from the region. You will find Portuguese people to be exceptionally friendly and visits to the many non-touristy destinations which abound in the area immensely rewarding.
Sao Martinho do Porto
Salir do Porto has beach, cafes, cash point, restaurants and shops all within a 5 minute walk. Its beach has a 70 metre high sand dune which is great fun to climb. There is also a new outdoor lido swimming pool. Sao Martinho do Porto has a sheltered sweeping beach and is 5 minutes away by car or a flat 25 minute walk along a timber walkway through the sand dunes. It also has a beautiful beach, restaurants, shops, supermarket, banks, cafés and bars. A great surfing beach is at nearby Foz d’Arelho which also offers surfing lessons that can be pre-booked. Obidos Lagoon has wonderful views, wildlife and watersports. Nearby Nazare has a lively town and beach with funicular railway. There are many more beaches in the area which are well worth exploring. Caldas da Rainha is the nearest big town and offers daily markets, large supermarkets, spa, banks, new shopping mall, old town, park with boating lake and tennis, bowling and cinema. The historic walled town of Obidos is well worth a visit with its narrow streets and many restaurants.

"Relaxing peaceful holiday in newly furnished townhouse with stunning views over the bay."
We had a two week stay in Jardin de Salvir Villa I in August this year.
Our two adult daughters and two others joined us for our second week.
This new townhouse was tastefully decorated and spacious for six adults.
It was well equipped with a small private patio at the rear with barbeque facility.
A well maintained outdoor swimming pool and small garden area was just opposite the house. We had almost exclusive use of it even in August.
We found the surrounding area interesting and easy to explore in the car.
The beach of Salir do Porto was very pretty and safe. Ideal for families.
Local restaurants were excellent and good value for money.
We would love to return and would highly recommend this excellent upmarket accomodation and the area.

"Wonderful, luxurious villa in a great location"
We stayed at this villa at the beginning of May for 1 week for our wedding anniversary. It really is a great villa with everything that we wanted. It even had a DVD player with a selection of DVDs! The Villa has 3 bedrooms - all of a good size (2 ensuite and the other with the bathroom next door) and the master bedroom had a bath as well as shower. It had a very well stocked kitchen (which included an oven, microwave and fridge/freezer) and had everything we could have wished for including a lovely sun terrace with bbq. The main room has reclining sofas and a good size dining room table as well as a balcony over looking the communal swimming pool across the way (although it was too cold for us to swim when we stayed).
I would highly recommend anyone looking for a very well-furnished apartment that will sleep up to 6 people on the Silver Coast in Portugal. It is within a 10 minute walk of the beach and there are many great restaurants in the surrounding areas.
We definitely hope to go back again next year.

"Well equipped villa, in a great location"
Friendly and efficent owner, easy to communicate with. Villa was very clean and all that i could of asked for. Loved the swimming pool and the table tennis which was a great bonus to the holiday. Located in a quiet location and very secure. Within walking distance to the local beach and amenities. Thoroughly recommend this villa.
