Tastefully furnished for your utmost enjoyment, comfort and relaxation, catering to your every need. Sleeps up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms & a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge.
The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dining together with a couple of sun loungers to catch the early morning rays.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, and has a large, airy lounge/diner equipped with sofa, double sofa bed, 32in flat screen TV, satalite box, DVD player, dining room table and chairs.
The two bedrooms are both comfortably furnished. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed with dressing table and mirror. Bedroom 2 has two single beds which can be zipped together to form a king as well as a dressing table. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning for cooling or heating and have ample fitted wardrobes.
The en-suite has a bath with separate shower, dual wash basin, mirror, toilet and bidet. The second bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Iron and ironing board, etc.
The apartment is cleaned before your arrival. Bed linen & towels are provided, however please bring your own beach or pool towels.
Extra cleaning, internet access, high chairs and cots can be arranged if required.

Airport transfers can be arranged if required however a car is recommended.

The Sao Martinho do Porto area
Sao Martinho do Porto, a small traditional Portuguese fishing village, sits on the edge of a spectacular natural shell shaped bay protected from the Atlantic, so the warm, calm and safe swimming water is perfect for families & ideal for learning to windsurfing & sail. The beach is considered to be one of Portugal’s top 10. The palm lined waterfront, has recently refurbished limestone and marble pavements, granite roads and a dedicated cycle track, and is lined with traditional cafes, bars & seafood restaurants with amazing views.
The village has maintained its marvellous character and much of the older historic parts still have cobbled streets. You will also find a frequent fish and fresh vegetables market and a monthly open air antiques fair.

The apartment is located approximately 90km, 50 minutes, drive north of Lisbon, linked directly to Lisbon international airport by the A8 motorway.
Car from Lisbon: Connect to the A8 at Lisbon airport round-about and travel North approximate 50 minutes to Sao Martinho do porto (exit 21).
There are also trains and express coaches available or alternatively transfers can be arranged if you don't want to hire a car.
An alternative is to fly to Porto and travel south on the A1, connecting to the A8 at Leira then exiting at Sao Martinho do Porto (exit 21). Travel time approx 2.5 hours.

First trip to the SIlver Coast, slightly out of season which meant it was peaceful and tranquil with miles of empty beaches. Plenty to see and do in the area, from walks along unspoilt coastline, monasteries, castles, caves and even dinosaur footprints. Sao Martinho do Porto is an unspoilt resort - although can get busy in the height of summer we were told. We were amazed at how little we spent on eating out, the wine was good and cheap too. The apartment was immaculate, well equipped and a 10 min walk to the restaurants and pretty bay. The supermarket is a 5 min walk away. Train station a short walk away too. Easy to access the main roads to explore further afield. Would highly recommend staying in this apartment and this area.

We spent a week at this apartment in March 2013. The apartment was very clean, spacious and modern. The location was excellent with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance as well as a large supermarket which had a great cafe. The pool area also looked lovely but unfortunately we were not able to use it because of the weather. Booking was straightforward and Kevin was very quick to respond to my e-mails prior to our arrival. A very enjoyable stay for the whole family.

A group of us visited in September 2012. The peak season had quietened off in the week, with the Portuguese visiting at the weekends. Its crab season- yummy.
The apartment entrance is a lovely marble- as is the rest of the building and apartment, the pool area modern and sleek. The apartment has all the mod cons, useful beach kit in the cupboard on the balcony so you dont need to buy when your out there and lovely clean sheets and towels.
Im in love with the marbles in the bathrooms.
We had a wonderful stay with amazing food at a number of the restuarants around the tranquil bay. The weather was still bikini/short weather and we came back tanned and totally relaxed. Thank you
