Villa Maya is a beautifully and spacious villa, set on a 400 mtrs high hillside of Cerro do Botelho in the outskirts
of Sao Bras de Alportel. It has a large private endless pool (12mtrs by 4,5mtrs) and jacuzzi and enjoys breathtaking ocean views. Just a few km from the villa lies the unspoilt town of Bordeira and Sao Bras de Alportel with its restaurants, shops, café's etc...

An easy 20 minutes drive will take you to the beautiful white sandy beaches, golf courses and Faro Airport.
With the excellent location, the villa offers you 100 % privacy (no neighbours), tranquillity and sweeping views
of the coastline, perfect for a relaxing holiday!

The Algarve / East Algarve region

There is a lot to explore. Visit the historical town of Tavira or take a drive to the unspoiled Cacela Velha,10 km east from Tavira.

Sao Bras de Alportel / Corotelo area

Every morning fresh markets in Sao Bras de Alporel or Loulé (both 6 km drive). Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago, Tavira and the "pedras d'el Rey" beaches can all be reached in approx. 20 minutes by car, where nautical sports are available.

Tennis and Horse riding are 15 mins away.

Great location for golf lovers wih Quinta Do Lago,Vale Do Lobo, Vilamoura Golfing, Benamor and Quinta da Ria
resorts (18 hole) are 20 mins away.

The lounge has comfortable leather seating and a wood burning stove for the cooler nights.
The dining room has a dining table and six chairs (max 8 persons).
The master bedroom has a king size double bed, wardrobe and luxury en suite with double sized shower.
The second bedroom has one double bed, a wardrobe and en suite with bath and shower.
The third bedroom has one double bed, two single beds and a wardrobe.

Further details outdoors:
The villa stands in flat grounds (2 acres) which has large areas with mature olive and fig trees with a large number of flowering shrubs, it is very suitable for children to play and lots of space to run about.

There are several terraces to sit with a lot of shade and there is a large BBQ area with a table for 8 persons.
The front of the property is fenced and there is access through iron gates.

Prices are for the property per week in U.K. Pounds.
We require a £300 damage deposit which is refundable post inspection of the villa.
For longer rental periods we will give extra reductions.
