The Algarve / East Algarve region
The Algarve is a popular destination for tourism, primarily because of its beaches, Mediterranean climate, safety and relatively low costs. The length of the south-facing coastline is approximately 155 kilometres. Beyond the westernmost point of Cape St. Vincent it stretches a further 50 kilometres to the north. The coastline is notable for picturesque limestone caves and grottoes, particularly around Lagos, which are accessible by powerboat. Praia da Marinha, Lagoa was classified as one of the 100 most beautiful and well preserved beaches of the world. There are many other beautiful and famous summer places such as Albufeira, Vilamoura, Praia da Rocha, Lagos, Armação de Pêra, Alvor, Monte Gordo Tavira,Salema and Sagres.
Sao Bras de Alportel area
It is 10 minutes from the market town of Sao Bras, hosting its own market, selling local fruit, vegetables and fish. Sao Bras has many reasonably priced restaurants serving all palates. It has various supermarkets as well as individual shops. Tennis courts and golf courses are all within easy reach. The split level villa sleeps up to 6 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is very well presented and equipped with everything you could need. There is also a swimming pool (8x4.5m with Roman steps) set in landscaped gardens.
How to get there
Faro airport is 25 minutes by car, where many airlines, such as Thomson and BMI fly to.
The coast is 25 minutes drive away as are water parks, golf courses and other attractions. Loule 8 miles, Tavira 14 miles, Olhao 12 miles all with a large variety of shops and amenities as does Sao Bras which is just 5 minutes drive from the villa.
Car hire essential and can be arranged by owners.

Reservations
Provisional bookings/reservations can be made via phone or email.
In order to secure your chosen dates, please arrange to pay the initial deposit with your details. (Cheques only, please do not send cash). A 25% deposit is required within 5 working days of the provisional booking to secure your chosen dates. We will send you confirmation of your booking, upon receipt of this deposit. The balance of the holiday is required 8 weeks prior to commencement. Should your holiday commence less than 8 weeks from the date of booking, please note we will require the full balance in order to secure your reservation.
Travel Insurance Travel holiday insurance is essential to cover non refundable payments should a cancellation be made. Please ensure that you have arranged your own travel insurance prior to your departure.
Cancellations Should you wish to cancel your holiday for any reason, please advise us of this as soon as possible. Cancellations may be subject to a £50 /- charge. We regret that in the event of a cancellation being made less than 14 days prior to the start date, no refund can be made. Cancellations 15 – 28 days prior to commencement are subject to a charge of 75% of the cost.
Arrival and Departure Your property will be available from 3pm on the first day until 1030 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise advised. We ask all guests to please observe these times as this is the only time we have available to ensure the housekeeping is completed. We expect all guests to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Please be aware that all damage and breakages must be paid for by the hirer.
Keys Keys to the Property are the responsibility of the hirer at all times. Any costs incurred through loss or damage including loss of access to the property will be charged in full to the hirer.
Pets We regret taht we are unable to accept any pets.
