Located just two minutes walk from the beach, in the heart of the town of Sanxenxo often referred to as one of Spain’s best vacation villages.
Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as the famous Spa La Toja or Santiago de Compostela. The apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The apartment benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for children. Leading from the living room is a enormous spacious terrace with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.

The Galicia region
Far away from the crowded costas of Spain and less than two hours flight from London and other major European cities, you will find one of the most spectacular and beautiful parts of Spain; Galicia. Here you can relax and enjoy the most stunning white sandy beaches, get lost in old cobble stoned streets in historic towns, taste some of the finest wines and best sea food in the world or just go shopping for great value designer clothes, shoes, perfumes, porcelain, etc.
Our villa is situated on the Ria de Ponteveda region. A lush green landscape of mountain vistas and stunning views mixed with the white sanded beaches of Playa de Silga. Its the perfect place for a family holiday with plenty to do and visit within the region. It is very picturesque and mostly unspoilt. It also offers some of the prettiest Spanish landscapes.
Sanxenxo area
Sanxenxo is a 15 minute drive from Pontevedra, and 30 minutes from the historical towns of Santiago de Compostela, La Coruna or Padron, but Sanxenxo offers a more than adequate selection of supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. A guests can walk to one of the nearby site for fresh baguette and croissants every morning, or in the evenings to many nearby tapa bars or to local restaurants.
A Lanzada Beach, with more than 4 km, and O Grove and Sanxenxo, are one of Galicia's most visited beaches
Local vineyards offer wine tasting all year round - we are happy to recommend the best places for a 'degustation'. Try one or two different wines and buy bottles direct from the producers.
Festivals are a regular occurrence throughout the summer.

Conditions A reservation deposit of 40% required will secure booking, with balance payable 8 weeks before occupation. Of course, full amount would be payable for rentals booked less than 8 weeks in advance. We ask for a 200 euros for renters) breakage deposit that is returned as soon as the local manager confirms that all is well.
Usual check-in/out times: Arrival after 3pm and departure by 10am. This gives the local manager enough time to service the apartment. If you are arriving/departing outside these times or are arriving very late, we may be able to facilitate (eg. storing the luggage while the apartment is being vacated/cleaned etc.). If you would like to Arrive/Depart outside these times, PLEASE ASK if this is possible, in good time before arrival.
