RUMAH GAYA Boutique B&B, is a lovely old Balinese style home set in a large garden. It is newly renovated and compliments Pondok Gaya, which is part of the GAYA value for money accommodation options in Sanur.

RUMAH GAYA offers you clean well appointed rooms with own bath/shower, and a continental breakfast which you can enjoy in the garden.

There are 3 double rooms and 2 single, one with a private entrance. All rooms have air con. All rooms are serviced daily.

Please make an inquiry for room vacancy. The Manager will get back to you very quickly.

The single rooms are smaller than the double. One is inside the house and one is outside with its own entrance. The one inside is offered at a reduced rate of $33 per night. The outside one is normal as it has its own TV which accepts USB..

There is cable TV/DVD/music, books, videos, games etc in the living area and you are most welcome to enjoy.

The house is furnished in a Balinese eclectic style which offers our guest a refreshing alternative to the usual resort accommodation. Use of local influences dominated the interior decoration. Very comfy and designed to make you feel like you are in your own lounge room.

The breakfast offered is fresh fruit, plunger coffee/tea, fresh pastries, and a assortment of condiments. For those who want a more Indo breakfast we also supply Nasi Goreng and Mei Goreng.

All breakfast orders will be taken the evening before for catering purposes.

There are tables in the garden where you can enjoy your breakfast.

The dining area is outside and is available for you to make yourself tea and coffee, and there is a fridge if you want to have some soft drinks etc, of your own.

GUESTS ARE SERVED BREAKFAST BETWEEN 8.30 AND 10 AM EACH MORNING. PLEASE SELECT YOUR CHOICE ON THE BOARD IN THE KITCHEN, PREFERABLY THE EVENING BEFORE SO AS THE STAFF CAN CATER.

In the adjoining property, Pondok Gaya, you can buy beer, soft drinks, chips, and other assorted snacks from the office. Also access to the pool. Guests have access to the pool in the adjoining Studio Apartment complex. Please do not invite visitors to the pool area, it is not big and is for guests only.

Entry to Rumah Gaya is through Pondok Gaya. The office is in Unit 1, which is the first unit on the left through the bamboo gates.

There is a pool in the complex and you are most welcome to relax and enjoy the assortment of cool music that is playing all day,

Both Rumah Gaya and Pondok Gaya are in a safe local area, with access to bypass and the local bus routes only 5 minute walk away.

There is free wi-fi for guests. Password will be given to you upon arrival.

A 15 minute walk will take you to the Bali Beach Hotel, at the northern end of Sanur Beach where you can join the 5 klm of beach walking path, past local restaurants that offer you great coffee, or cocktails whichever you desire, fresh home made bread and the lovely Sanur Beach which is protected by the reef. You can also join in the free yoga class held on the beach in front of the hotel every morning.

Bus stop on Bypass takes you to Kuta, Ubud, Seminyak and other places of interest for a small fare cost.

Hire of motor bike, bicycle or car and Airport Pick up and drop off can also be arranged.

MINIMUM STAY IS 3 NIGHTS
