Fantastic restored detached villa in the village of Exogonia, with a private plunge pool, sun terraces and fantastic sunrise views to the beach resort of Kamari and the island of Anafi.
The villa has 2 double bedrooms, both en suite. The property sleeps 6 (with a sofa bed in the lounge), and has been decorated and furnished with all new furniture and features.
The property has been recently renovated. There is also private parking for 3 cars.

The Cyclades are made up of 39 islands, although only 24 of them are inhabited. Their landscape is made mainly of rocks and the vegetation is low.
The Cyclades can be defined as the perfect harmony between the blue sea, the ochre land, the strong winds and the omnipresent sun. They offer great beaches but also culture and a tranquil way of life.
The island of Santorini is considered as one of the most beautiful Greek island. Its breathtaking views and romantic sunsets have made the island famous and attract thousands of visitors every year.
The Santorini / Exo Gonia area
Santorini offers plenty of activities and sites of interest so that you can be sure not to get bored! The children will love riding donkeys to get around and you could even take the cable car to enjoy the great views of the port and the capital of Santorini.
Exo Gonia is a small traditional village which has kept the way of living of the past: it is quiet and unaffected from big crowds. It offers very typical images: narrow streets, beautiful houses, a flat landscape and marvellous views. The only taverna in the village and one of the best on the island is a 3 minutes walk from the villa.
A car is essential to access Exo Gonia.

"It was our first time to the Greek isles, and we (3 single ladies in our mid-20s to young 30s) were looking for a place to enjoy Santorini. I found the pics on this listing too good to be true. Then Jon called me in Austin, TX, to ask if I had any questions. Honestly, that kind of reaching out did it for me. This is not Oia or Fira, but you can easily reach these places by car. Besides unless you want to pay $$$ on lodging, Oia and Fira were great visits by car and for nice dinners at sunset.
Exo Gonia is a small neighborhood tucked in the hills that overlook the Kamari coast (sunrises! sun-kissed decks!). We were beyond satisfied when we arrived at the Villa for the first time. The pics do NOT do it justice. It IS better than it looks. Jon is a gracious host and wants you to enjoy and explore the island like you're a local for the week. We bought groceries and dined al fresco on the lower deck. We sunned on the upper deck. We spent many hours staring out at the coast from that plunge pool.
Since the Villa is so brand new, Jon would check in with us every now and then, asking how the place could be better. But we had very little to add. It's so nice! The hotplate is tricky to make any real extensive meals (for pasta, it's fine; full set of pots included, be creative!), but the oven worked great for broiling meats or toasting fresh breads. There's something to be said about being able to make your own coffee when on vacation. Fantastic rainfall showerheads were an excellent touch.
There's an amazing local restaurant (www.santorini-metaximas.gr) that serves Cycladic, Cretan, and Santorini- specialties, literally up the hill from the Villa, less than 100 steps, where everyone knows Jon's name. We got around the isle easily in a rental car (recommended), felt like locals after about 2 days. ;) We wanted relaxation, quiet, respite, but also fun, nights out, and getting to know the locals. This is exactly what we got in our short time here. We had a wonderful time -- and can't wait to visit again".
