Set on a small and exclusive complex, our ground floor apartment is just a couple of steps away from the communal pool.

The apartment is in the spanish holiday resort of Santiago de la Ribera. La Ribera, as the locals call it, is a favourite holiday destination for Spanish families and retains that traditional feel. The town centre and golden white sandy beaches are a gentle 15 min stroll away.

La Ribera is situated on The Mar Menor, which translates literally as "little sea". This hidden Spanish jewel is a shallow salt water lagoon approx 12 miles long and 7 miles across. La Manage separates the Mar Menor from the Meditarrean Sea. This natural barrier has created a warm, shallow, non tidal lagoon edged with fantastic beaches, providing safe and relaxing bathing for all. The beaches at La Ribera are approximately 3 miles in length. There is an abundance of water sports including, water skiing, wind surfing, diving and fishing.

La Ribera has an excellent choice of bars, restaurants and ice cream parlours. Food ranges from Chinese, Italian, Indian to traditional spanish tapas and asador. The town and promenade are bustling on a summers evening with people of all ages.

There is plenty to do and see away from the beach with local cities Cartagena and Murcia both well recommended.

Why can't I call Andrew (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Andrew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
