Casa Chan/////talita is only a 1 km walk to the beach, in a very peaceful and quiet area, in a street, from the terrace you have the most wonderful view on the nature reserve.

Yet only a 5 min, drive from the typical Spanish village of Santanyi, full with painters, and old Spanish streets and sweet typical Spanish restaurants!

For going out, and experience night-life this will take you a 15 min, drive up to Cala d'Or.
Cala d'Or is full with restaurants, a beautiful harbour, with breathtaking boats as your view from the restaurants!

If you want to discover Mallorca, and stay in a beautiful and quiet area, then this house will make your holiday perfect!!

The Mallorca/Majorca region

A typicall spanish cost area, with beautyfull old city centre, and the oppurtunity to travel from the quiet into the touristic places in just a few minute drive on mallorca!!

Santanyi / Cala Santanyi area

Every wednesday and saturday there is a local market with fresh fruits, fish, and present ideas, for home, or offcourse for yourself! cala Figuera, is a lovely fishervillage, where on saturday you can get fresh fish from the boats! and local bars and restaurants to enjoy the view on the sea with the little fishing boats.
Beautyfull white little village of Cala d;Or ( 15 min drive) a bigger touristic place with lots of shops, and restaurants in the village, and in the marina, with the biggest boats you ll ever see!
In the house i have a map with all the other markets on the island, and all the things that you need to know, like the number of a doctor, a taxi, a nice things to you must visit when you are on the magnificent island!
like the caves, in porto christo,(20 min drive) the es pontas rock, wich is only 15 min walk, from the house, in ten minutes you are at the cala mondrago nature reserve, beautyfull green area, with two awsome hudge beaches, and a nice restaurant on the beach!
And only 20 minutes just before cala dór is the golf course, Vall a d"or golf!

How to get there

Ryanair is togheter with Easy Jet I think the most cheapest airline to get to Palma de Mallorca airport!
I always fly from holland or, germany with Ryanair!
The way from the airport to Cala Santanyi, is very easy to find!
This beautyfull journey on the island will take you 45 minutes, to Cala Santanyi!
The first roadsign, from the airport says "SANTANYI" and thats the one you need to follow, (everywhere on the island are signs with SANTANYI even in the middle of palma city centre), you just cannot miss this!

When you arrive in Santanyi, there are the signs to cala Santanyi, direction the beach, and just before the beach you make a right turn, drive up the mountain, and then you are in the street of the house!!

Inside you will find what you need for a peaceful holiday, the three bedrooms have different themes which you won't find in any other house!

In the hall you ll find books about Mallorca, and magazines, that you can enjoy, while relaxing in the outside hammock!
There is a children's bed, and a little chair for outside!

Casa Chantalita is a peaceful house, great for lounging, realxing and enjoy the hammock, have a walk to the beach, enjoy a great terrace, with the breathtaking view at the nature reserve wich is at the back of the house!
and an outside "kitchen" for great warm BBQ- nights! And on the other side from the house, there;s no house, so the view even at the front are some big Palm trees!

All the prices are inclusive bedlinen, bath towels, gas and electricity, for the cleaning at the end of your stay we charge 75 Euros.

During the winter time we charge 20 euro's extra for the heating.

To confirm your booking, we ask 50% off the total price, and the rest off the payment 8 weeks before arrival.

When you are interested in staying for a longer period of time in the winter, there are other rates.

Last minute booking are welcome too, and we can see if we can work something out with the price!
