Individually designed, the unique accommodation layout offers you the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of a real home from home.

The main front entrance leads into the reception/living room with high ceilings and cosy seating area by the open fireplace. An inner archway leads past an interior BBQ area to the fully fitted kitchen with a fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven/gas cooker.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a charming original room with stone vaulted ceiling (now totally renovated and featuring the original trough that used to be used for feeding the animals) this room also houses the washing machine and dryer. Guests cloakroom.

A further archway leads to a twin bedroom with a doorway to the sun terrace. Adjacent is a full shower room with heated towel rail, shared with a further twin bedroom with two separate beds and a door to the rear patio terrace.

From the hallway the first staircase leads upto the master double bedroom (twin beds together). Adjacent is an open bathroom suite with heated towel rail.

This bedroom opens directly onto the private sun terrace, ideal for quiet afternoon siestas.

A further entrance opens to the landing area and into a comfortably furnished seating area with Plasma TV also approached via the second staircase.

The fourth bedroom has twin beds with ensuite bath/shower room and dressing area with fitted wardrobes.


Exquisitely presented with hand-made furnishings of highest standard and a collection of the owners books, ornaments and artefacts.

The high ceilings, 1m thick stone walls and terracotta tiles all help create a natural cool summer ambience.

The expansive covered terrace to the rear of the property is a real treat, surely one of the best features of this finca. It is comfortably furnished with cushioned sofas, coffee and dining tables, all of which are ideal for relaxed lunches and candlelit dinners. Rambling pink bignonia cling to the stone pillars.

The winding stone pathway leads to the magnificent 16m swimming pool area with flagstone terraces, open sided covered casita and comfortable reclining sun loungers. Colourful shrubs including flame red hibiscus and scented lavender surround this delightful area.

Various shaded and sun terraces surround the property. The original bread oven is to the front of the house set in a delightful, shaded seating area. 

There is also a citrus grove with lemon, orange, clementine and apricot trees. Plenty of space for children to play in different areas of the grounds.

The circular BBQ is another unique feature and has a circular "wall" seating area ideal for the chilled cocktails.

Relax listening to the songbirds, humming bees and in the evenings you can view the spectacular stars and moonlit skies.The estate manager lives in a separate casita within the grounds.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

These properties present the opportunity to enjoy the calming ambience of the island, with space for friends or families to experience a holiday at a property with its own grounds, swimming pool, and of course a high standard of accommodation.   If its beaches you're after then the South side of the island can't be beaten; the heritage protected beach and salt lakes of Es Trenc could easily be mistaken for the Caribbean, and the bewildering array of smaller calas (beaches) along the coast line will leave any visitor to the island spoilt for choice. The cosmopolitan town of Santanyi with its bustling street markets, charming Cas Concos and conveniently located s'Horta each providing the basis for some of the finest villas on the island.  In the North of the island, Pollenca, Campanet and Buger have the dramatic backdrop of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, with its myriad of little villages nestling between its peaks.  Great cuisine is never far away, with each village or town offering many interesting and unique restaurants serving local sourced ingredients.  As the secrets of Mallorca are slowly unravelled, so its popularity increases.


Cas Concos is a charming little village located in the South of Mallorca and is just a short drive from a bewildering array of beautiful beaches.  The village itself offers a great selection of both traditional and contemporary restaurants, a bakery, a pharmacy, a newsagent, a few local bars, a small supermarket and a general store that sells almost anything you can think of.  There is also a fresh produce market that takes place once a week on Wednesdays in a shaded square next to the church.
