About the home

Inside "Cas Mal Ric" has many original features, antiques and local hand crafted furniture all carefully restored and retained. The grand hall is furnished with many original artefacts including the beautiful Regency styled mahogany dining table. The relaxing and cosy snug is now mainly used as a quiet reading room. This was the original kitchen and still has the 200 year old "splash back" tiles.

The original stable has been transformed into the modern kitchen with all modern requirements.
Open aspect living room with comfy sofas, Satellite Plasma TV with English and German channels, Playstation3 with two handsets, CD player, , Wifi internet, ipod bose system, corner bar, log fireplace and twin French doors opening to the poolside terraces.
One Twin bedroom with adjacent shower room.

Upstairs is the main master double bedroom suite with king size bed, dressing area and ensuite shower room. The poolside master bedroom has king size bed with ensuite bath/shower room and views to the gardens and countryside.

The third double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and views to the orange grove and tennis court.
Adjacent is a full bath/shower room shared with the spacious fourth double bedroom with garden and patio views.

Open plan study with selection of books.
One cot and one highchair included.
All bedrooms have free standing cooling fans.

The magnificent 15.00m swimming pool has large terraces and a spectacular bouganvillea cover seating area with poolside casita and chilled drinks fridge.
Large rear terrace with brick BBQ and dining patio. A further covered, arched dining terrace is adjacent to the pool.

Enjoy a quiet stroll along the winding paths leading to stone seating areas in quiet corners of the gardens. Ideal relaxation whilst reading a book or watching the children play on the verdant lawns.

Set in 20000m2 the winding gravel drive leads you to this beautifully restored 250 year old farmhouse surrounded by colourful, mature gardens. with many citrus trees.

Located midway between Cas Concos and Santanyi with beautiful sandy coves with turquoise waters only 10-15 minutes drive away.

Excellent choice of local and international restaurants.

The Santanyi / Cas Concos des Cavaller area

The centuries old village of Cas Concos has a couple of small grocery shops, excellent bakery and 5 excellent restaurants.

The ancient town of Santanyi is well worth visiting to view the many boutique shops, tapas bars - restaurants. The market in the main plaza on Wednesdays and Saturdays is one of the best in Mallorca.
