The finca has been built to a very high specification using top quality furnishings and fittings throughout. The huge barn style living dining area with exposed wooden ceiling beams opens out on to the spacious rear terraces with beautiful far reaching countryside views and overlooking the large pool terrace, a perfect location to soak up the Mallorcan sunshine and experience the tranquility and beauty of the Mallorcan countryside.
The large spacious 'island style' kitchen is fitted with granite worktops and hand made oak cabinets as well as all modern kitchen appliances. Thick traditional stone walls and shutters keep the house cosy in the winter and cooler in the summer and all bedrooms have air conditioning whilst all rooms have underfloor heating. Of the five bedrooms two are huge master bedroom suites featuring spacious luxuriously fitted en-suite bathrooms and balconies overlooking the pool. The other 3 bedrooms are all double bedrooms each having generously sized full fitted wardrobes. All 4 bathrooms are spacious and luxurious, fully tiled and fitted with high quality furniture - every bathroom features a large 'walk-in' shower.

Santanyi area
Within a 2 minute drive of the finca is the fascinating traditional village of Santanyi which dates from 1300 and has a beautiful old church at the top of the village square as its focal point. You can dine and relax in the many restaurants and cafes catering for all tastes, shop in the lovely boutiques, and explore the thriving twice weekly market. The beautiful coves of Cala Llombards and Cala Santanyi are reached in 10 minutes while within15 minutes drive are some of Mallorca's most famous picturesque beaches - S'Amarador and Es Trenc. The lovely small fishing villages of Cala Figuera and Porto Petro are reached within 10 minutes and offer delightful traditional harbours, a number of seaside restaurants and spectacular views. Cala D'Or with its large luxury marina and numerous restaurants and bars can be reached by car within about 15 minutes.
How to get there
Most budget airlines fly to Mallorca from most UK and European airports. From the UK Easyjet and Ryanair operate extensive services with Easyjet offering 4 flights a day from Gatwick for around 5 months a year. We offer a changeover day of Monday which we know from many years of travelling offers the advantage of cheaper flight arrangements than the traditional Saturday changeover.

Further details indoors: Range of dining options - the island kitchen unit, the extendable dining room table seating 10, under the covered rear terrace, on the open rear terrace, or on the pool terrcae all of which have beautiful views over the pool, garden, and open countryside. Further details outdoors: There is a large rear terrace which is partly covered and there is a new Kettler dining table and chairs. A huge pool terrace with another Kettler dining table and chairs set and sunloungers surrounds the large 12 metre by 6 metre swimming pool. The pool has large roman steps at the shallow end with a gently shelving depth of 0.8 metres to 1.9 metres which offers the opportunity for a proper swim and also plenty of play opportunities.
The property has not been specially adapted for wheelchair users , however, there are bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor and easy access on to the covered rear terrace. Please contact for further questions on any wheelchair access issue.

The finca is perfect for a peaceful private holiday for 1 large family or 2 families holidaying together - the finca easily accommodates 10 people with plenty of room to spare.
You will be met by an English speaking Spanish contact on your arrival in Santanyi who will provide you with full details of the finca as well as contact details for the duration of your holiday.
The beautiful Vall D'Or golf course with stunning views can be reached in about 20 minutes and Son Antem courses in about 20 minutes as well. The area is ideal for cyclists, walkers, beach lovers and anyone looking for a relaxing private holiday.
We have had many years of fantastic holidays in South East Mallorca. We have just built this property and have tried to create a finca that offers everything that we looked for when we rented accommodation for our holidays. Rental prices are inclusive of everything - linen, electricity, weekly cleaning, final cleaning, and provision of towels for bathroom use. Please bring your own towels for beach use.
The finca is only available for Monday changeovers during the period 14th June to 26th September. For other periods it may be possible for a 4 or 5 day period to be booked.
A 10% deposit is payable on the booking to confirm reservation and is not refundable. A further 20% must be paid 60 days before the holiday commences. The balance of 70% must be paid 15 days before the holiday commences.
Payments can be made by bank transfer in GBP, cheque payment in GBP, or cash. Payments can also be made in Euros for which an exchange rate will be agreed at the time of the booking, which will equate to the prevailing euro to GBP rate at that time, and this exchange rate will then be fixed at the same rate for all payments for that booking.
Please note there is not a requirement for a security deposit to be paid.
