The “Mirador de Usil” Apartment J2 is modern two bedroom apartment has wall-to-wall windows with spectacular views of the Pas river estuary including Mogro Bay, Playa de Usil beach, Liencres Dunes Natural Park and Playa de Liencres beach facing the Cantabrian Sea and Bay of Biscay.

It also has a small deck off the salon to enjoy the warm fresh air and great views.

Overlooking the small beach community of Mogro Playa, the apartment is well-situated between the main cities of Santander and Torrelavega only ten minutes away in either direction. Having quick access to the freeway, a local public golf course and many beautiful beaches, it offers a great launching point for the perfect vacation in Cantabria.

Less than 1km from the apartment is “Campo de Golf Abra de Pas” golf course, a beautiful public course surrounded by the winding Rio Pas river. A short walk from the apartment, it has a driving range, putting greens and 15 holes with a par 68 (shortly being amplified to 18 holes). The golf club offers daily greens fees, classes and equipment rental at reasonable prices.

Located in the small beach village of Mogro (Playa), our apartments have a wonderful location to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Pas River estuary overlooking the Liencres Dunes Natural Park and the Cantabrian Sea. It is also well located for visiting tourist and cultural attractions throughout Cantabria and the northern region of Spain. Within just a few kilometers of Mogro are many spectacular beaches, including Playa de Mogro (Usil), Playa de Liencres (Valdearenas), Playa de Usgo, Playa de Los Caballos, Playa de Robayera and Playa de Cuchia (Marzan).

Note to those with reduced mobility: the walkway/driveway access is steep and the apartment has a first floor stairway entrance. No elevator. Private parking garage accessed through a car lift elevator. NO PETS.

"THE View"

Very clean and functional. Superb, huge balcony and views. Comfortable outdoor furniture. Car park elevator is a little tricky. Once you are in the car park you need to reverse in to the elevator to enable you to drive out and up the steep drive. You however can park in the street.

"Beautiful views, perfectly situated between the beaches and the golf course."

We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our rental. The apartment had everything we needed to appreciate our stay --- well maintained, new appliances, comfortable beds, amazing views, peacefully quiet area, etc. The only thing we found to be slightly challenging was the steep driveway with the car lift (elevator). After a few times driving up and down the driveway, I found it to be pretty easy. We would also just park in the street above the apartments and walk down the stairs which was perfectly fine. Overall, we had a great vacation which was augmented by our apartment. I would definitely rent here again.
