Lovely townhouse in tranquil location with a nice family environment. Close to all the amenities of Santa Ponsa, its marina and golf courses with a host of fantastic beaches, restaurants, shops and entertainment for all ages.
Furnished too high standard.Very large roof terrace with dining area sofa and sun loungers on. Property is equipped with cot, highchair and stroller. For the more energetic we can provide bikes and a number of books on walking in the Calvia province.
Winter in Mallorca is like a summer in UK so for those evenings in we have lots of up to date DVDs for all ages and taste and number of board games for those cosy evenings in.

Santa Ponsa area
The property shares the pool with 8 other houses whom very rarely use the pool due too work commitments. It is about a 15 min walk into the centre of town which boasts some of the restaurants and a wide variety at that and some of these offer delivery service.
Coast/Beach: Walking distance to small Santa Ponsa beach and 5 minute drive to main beach (or a long stroll).
Golf: Santa Ponsa Golf I - 5 minutes drive. Golf Poniente - 10 minute drive. Nearby courses within 25 minute drive include Bendinat, Andratx, Son Vida etc.
Special interest holidays: Near marina for diving. Near yacht and boat charter in the Med. Cycles provided for those whom want a more leisurely pace too view the Island.
Travel: Palma Airport - San Joan is 25 minutes from Santa Ponsa.
Distances: 15 minutes from Palma.
